Brand new fully equipped one bedroom apartment in central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver.
Bright open plan living area with balcony views of the North Shore mountain. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. While the bedroom is small it has a queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub as well as enclosed washer and dryer.
You have access to the supermarket adjacent to the building or can step outside to vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes, starbucks, banks, recreation centre, library, skating rink and theatre.
On main transit route to Lonsdale Quay bus terminus, Lonsdale market, seabus to downtown (with rapid transit to Vancouver International Airport), Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to Vancouver Island, Grouse Mountain and all North Shore amenities. Easy access to beaches and seawall at Ambleside and Dundarave in West Vancouver as well as Deep Cove
While a car is not required secure underground parking is available and you are within 5 minutes drive of the Trans Canada highway, 15 minutes drive to 3 local ski mountains (Grouse, Cypress and Seymour) and 90 minutes scenic drive to Whistler. 20 minutes drive to downtown and Stanley Park.

Great north Van location. Easy access to hwy 1. Comfy bedding and pillows. Super clean,modern and well appointed. Towels were luxurious. Honestly everything you could ever need and more. Work out room is large and airy. Adjoining market has great food choices. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Very secure and safe building. Neighbourhood safe, friendly and well travelled. Owner is very professional, punctual and friendly. Rooftop deck (large) is a fabulous place to spend a warm evening. Enjoy. We did.

the pictures do not do this place justice, the apt is brand new and very clean! grocery store attached to building and starbucks across the street. secure parking was a plus too! we had a great stay!
