In addition the building offers on site gym and an adjacent supermarket open 7am - 10 pm daily offers a wide range of fresh produce, canteen serving freshly cooked hot and cold meals, fresh pizza, sushi, on site bakery, salad bar, cafe, deli and pharmacy.
They will be required to sign a short term rental agreement and will be issued with a security fob to access the building and they will chose their own unique PIN for secure access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. A copy of formal photo identification for each guest is required for all guests at time of booking and confirmation.
There is a $100-00 refundable deposit for each fob issued and this is refunded upon return of the fob

Prior to this they lived in England, South Africa and Hong Kong. As avid travellers they prefer to use self catering fully equipped rentals in great locations with access to Wi Fi, public transit or parking if hiring a car and all amenities and, based on this criteria, we are pleased to be able to offer high quality accommodation to other travellers.
