This great condo is on second floor(you don't want first floor for it is 1/2 underground-no light if there's snow: like a basement).
Condo is the only one in complex wih KING size bed in master.

California King bed in master; Queen and full size rollaway bed in second bedroom; Queen sleeper in living room. Private washer & dryer in unit. Ski/board locker just outside your door. Or rent just across the street.

This condo has fireplace, balcony with partial ski run views, 2 TV's (cable); VCR, DVD and CD players; Radios.
Full kitchen with all appliances,dishes, pots, etc.. Dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, full size refrig and range.
All linens provided. Wi Fi for your laptop.
Great outdoor hot tub a few seconds away. Underground parking for one vehicle.

3 minute(flat, no hills)walk to PARK CITY Mountain SKI RESORT LIFTS and Lift Ticket Office. Or hop on the free bus shuttle to Resort Center, Deer Valley,the Canyons or Olde Town. When the bus-stops on Deer Valley Rd were snowed under last year, our bus-stop to Deer Valley (which runs every 10 minutes) was always accessable for it is in the high frequency zone and always cleared. Condo is centrally located for Sundance Film Festival Events and on shuttle route. Two large sport shops across the street. Albertson's within walking 2 blocks. Don't hassle driving and trying to find parking (often at a fee).

This comfortable, spacious, fully-equipped condo is located close to Park City Mountain Ski Resort (Not the Canyons or Kimble Junction location). Walk to ski lifts, Albertson's Grocery Store, movie theaters and sport shops; or take the free bus just outside of condo. Cross-country ski trail is across the street. Relax in the shared atrium Hot Tub open to sky(available all year round-not true of most).
The shuttle bus stops often just outside your condo. Take it to go to the Historical Downtown for dinner and night life. Or cross the street for Cross Country Skiing and shopping. No need for a car; don't hassle about parking downtown or near lifts. Free bus shuttle also takes you to Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Canyons (both two and a half miles). Buses also run all the way to Kimble Junction (if you want to have a bus ride or take your bike). Buses carry skis and bikes.

During the spring,summer and fall, enjoy the tennis courts just outside the door. The outside atrium hot tub is available all year (unlike most condos in the area). Park City Library and the City Park are 2 blocks away. The skateboard Park at the city park is worlk class. There are many events (art, music, parades,celebrations). Mountain BIKING is Big in this area. Golf course is down the street. Balloon rides and river fishing are popular. New large world class skateboard park within 2 blocks. Use sidewalks or free bus to get around. Bike and walking trials very accessable. Mountain biking is a favorite sport here. Park City is centrally located as a base to visit National Park locations such as Yellowstone, Arches, Canyonland, Zion, Grand Tetons National Parks.
