Magnificent, three-story, tower home with eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms located in the beautiful coastal community of Frangista Beach in Destin can be yours for the memories. This 4,500 square foot house with 800 square feet of decks will allow lovely views of the emerald waters of the Gulf and memorable sunsets. The tower alone will give you views of five mile vistas of the area. The private pool will provide an ample area for games of Marco Polo. Access to the private pristine sands of the Gulf is just a block away.
This home is beautifully furnished with antiques, oriental carpets as well as some fun beach art. The third floor is three master suites two with king beds and one with a queen. All three have private baths. One of the rooms has a set of bunk beds for those younger tykes.
The second floor is a wonderful open gathering area, the great room has a fireplace and plasma TV for those who want to stay in. The state of the art kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all those chefs in the making. The dining room and breakfast bar can host all those board games and spirited dinner discussions. This floor also has two queen bedrooms with private baths.
The first floor has a den with ample seating to watch movies as well as a kitchenette with microwave to make popcorn and full-size refrigerator for those summer time treats. This floor has three bedrooms a room with bunks sleeps 4, a queen bedroom which is handicap friendly and a bunkroom which sleeps four.

This house was excellent and the owners were there to meet our every needs. Our family went up there for an early Christmas and utilized all the rooms and everything there was to do in Destin, it's just a walk across the street to the beach, we got lucky and the weather was great. The rooms are fully decorated with beautiful bedspreads and lavish decorations. The kitchen area, dining and living room was all open which is a great place to hang out as a family and not miss anything. The suprise we loved the most was the pool table in the garage and not to mention the heated pool and the hot tube we were all in that every night. Great expereince to just relax and chill with family and would recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
