The lovely water front condominium villas benefit open plan living, comprising living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, sofas, arm chair, coffee & side tables, dining tables seating 4 to 6 persons and well equipped kitchens, downstairs half bath, a separate laundry room.
The lower deck of the living area looks out onto the waterway with views and benefits dining table & 4 chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. There is also a pier dock for mooring canoes or a small boat or dingy.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.The master bedroom benefits a balcony looking out on the water. The furnishings comprising a King bed, dresser, mirror and built in closet with safe.
The guest bedroom benefits either a built in closet, King bed and one single bed, or 2 single beds according to the number of guests.
All linens, towels & beach towels are provided.

Security/Damage deposit refunds are made 48 hrs to 7 days after vacating less any deductions necessary to your credit/debit card/PayPal A/C. Wire transfer may incur bank charge deduction.
Buggy cart rental, extra maid service, private taxi collection can be arranged on the booking information form which will be emailed to you along with our Booking Terms And Conditions.

About the owner: I am a British Citizen and grew up in the south east of England. I fell in love with the beautiful island of Antigua whilst here on vacation in 1998.
I then bought timeshare at St. James club situated at the south of the island. After which I decided to move here permanently in 2003 loving the way of life and most of all the climate and the beautiful beaches!
My eldest daughter also decided to up root and move here with her sons, also loving the way of life and climate.
Why the Owner Chose St. Mary: In 2004 my family and I decided to invest into the ever popular Jolly Harbour located on the west coast of Antigua.
We have 4 villas on Jolly Harbour which I refurbished to a very good standard. We now offer these villas for short term vacation holidays.
Jolly Harbour is a popular holiday destination offering a secure gated community which benefits one of the most beautiful white sand beaches, turquoise waters, gorgeous sunsets to be watched over a sun downer at the popular Castaways Beach Bar.
The resort offers water and beach location, large Marina, sports facilities, swimming pool, 15 hole golf course, well equipped gym, water sports, and all amenities including a large supermarket.
Jolly Harbour is only a 15 minute drive to the capital St. Johns where amazing cruise ships dock at the fantastic duty free shopping ports Redcliffe and Heritage quays.
Our villas are also in close vicinity of each other, being on Jolly Harbour you are close to other beautiful beaches not to be missed plus the dirve down Old Road and Fig Tree Drive taking you through the rain forest on way to English & Falmouth Harbours & Shirley Heights Lookout.
