This 3 bedroom condo (with loft) comfortably sleeps 8 and is a fun and convenient place to stay for your Breckenridge vacation. The location is perfect... And, the million dollar views of the Breckenridge ski area add to the rustic feel of this newly renovated home.

It’s next to the Carter Park (large sledding hill with playgrounds and a short walk to Main street for great restaurants, shopping, and some night-life! Or, walk 2 blocks and catch the free shuttle to the slopes and all over the area.

There are plenty of beds and comfy furniture to make your vacation relaxing and fun! All new appliances and a great layout with a fabulous common room that boasts a gas stove to create instant warmth. Or, retreat to the bedroom downstairs for some quiet time.

This condo was recently renovated and is not a big building with long hallways, but a cozy townhouse with parking right in front! This condo is in the perfect location. Right next to Carter Park (sledding hill & playgrounds) and a short walk to the shuttle to take you to the slopes. Also, walk a few scenic blocks to Main St. for shopping, dining and bars... Not a big building with long hallways, but a cozy remodeled townhouse with parking right in front! Great place to cook and watch the snow fall in front of the fireplace, or sit outside and BBQ looking at the best views in town. Remodeled convenience.

About the owner: We live in San Francisco and come to Colorado to enjoy our condo and Breckenridge whenever we get a chance!

Why the Owner Chose Other Historic District Properties:
We love the location and can walk or take a bus everywhere. The views are incredible and it's cozy, but has plenty of room for everyone. The kids love the sledding hill and walking or biking anywhere they want to go. There are 2 parking spaces in front. It isn't a part of a big building, so there are no 'neighbors' above or below... It is a townhouse style and the views really are incredible. We love to BBQ on the front deck and can sit for many hours (inside & out) looking at the gorgeous views!
