This outstanding house is located on the sunny side of the lake, close to the Donner Memorial State Park. It located across from the Lake with a vacant lot next door. The views from the master bedroom and deck are great, and the lake access is right across the road. Many couples and families prefer this location as it is quieter than being right on the road (too much car noise), and it has the lot next door where kids can play.
Our Guest enjoy full access to the Tahoe Donner Homeowner facilities, including the private beach, pool, tennis and golf. Boats, canoes, hobie waves, stand up paddle boards, wind surfers, and pedal boats are available for rent.
The house itself is also very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped with high speed internet, gas BBQ, outdoor patio furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, family board games, beach towels, baby equipment, and much more. Please feel free to call me anytime for details.
