The cottage is surrounded by stately white pines and a large, well-kept lawn. It has decks on its east and west sides. Forest hiking, beach walks, and shopping excursions are all just outside the door. Excellent tennis courts and a beautiful, modern playground are less than a quarter mile away.
The kitchen is remodeled. The furniture in the living room is either new or like new. All mattresses are new.
