This condominium is a great value for your vacation dollar. While staying in our unit you can relax on the lanai and enjoy an unobstructed ocean view. You will be centrally located on the island, have a five-minute walk to the beach, a ten-minute drive to the airport, and be close to shopping and restaurants. Banyan Harbor Resort has private swimming pool, barbecue, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and they are a two-minute walk from this unit.
The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from a simple breakfast, picnic lunch for the beach, or a full coarse meal. The "in-condominium" washer /dryer provides the ability for you to "pack light." This was totally updated in January 2006.

This condo is exactly as described and shown in the photos, very clean, newly decorated with taste and very well appointed. The location is perfect to visit the island and the views of the ocean and of the port where the cruise ships come and go is outstanding. The overall property is clean, quiet and very well maintained. It is within walking distance of good restaurants from pub fare to fine italian cuisine. The owner is most attentive to all your needs. We strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation. The sound of the crashing waves lull you to sleep. Great place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, listening to the waves come ashore while watching cruise ships come and go in Nawiliwili Harbor. The location is perfect! A short walk to shopping and great restaurants and just minutes from several golf courses. We loved the beauty of the Garden Isle and felt so at home in your wonderful condo.

You will Love visiting Kauai it is the most tropcial of the Hawaii island. The condo is centrally located on the island, so the drive time is short either to the South or North shores. The complex is a very nice well kept grounds.The unit is a short distants to the pool area. The lani looks into the bay and the shopping is right across the street.
