It was a really nice and comfortable vacation home to stay the weekend at.. the location is very good not far from the strip and we had shopping centers just around the corner for our needs. The neigborhood was peaceful.. I would reccomend the stay at this home for anyone else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROACH MOTEL

The owner of the house required me to pay a cleaning deposit ahead of the time and I expect a clean house. THE HOUSE WAS FILTHY. There were molds in the shower, vermin droppings in the kitchen drawers, kitchen rugs were black and dirty. THE PICTURES IN THE VRBO ARE VERY MISLEADING. When you open the kitchen cupboards and drawers you will not dare use their kitchen stuff. The hairdryer was stored next to the toilet cleaner. The vacuum cleaner was store on top of the extra linens. There is no central air, but each room has an aircondition unit. The aircondition unit is the masters bedroom was covered with a towel Dust all over the place, family room rug was dirty. I called the owner and she said she was going to send someone to clean and no one showed up. ON OUR SECOND NIGHT WE HAD COCKROACH INFESTATION. We vacated the house Sunday. We could not stay in the house where there were roaches all over the place. PROPERTY WAS NOT CLEAN. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE. I TOOK PICTURES TO PROVE ON THE STATE OF THE HOUSE.

Owner response:FIRST OF ALL OUR HOUSE IS CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF! WE HAVE HAD MANY, MANY PEOPLE STAY AT OUR HOUSE FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL! At the time of this group arrival my manager had to meet them, because they had a remaining balance on their rent, and they didn't take care of the security deposit either on time. They left 2 checks to cover their dues, but later they made a "stop" on both of them. This group was staying in the house for a whole week. In the last couple of days they were in and out taking care of their fashion jewelry business. They had no transportation; my neighbor did the favor of taking them places without any compensation. They never complained about anything until the last two days, I would assume it is because their business didn't work out the way they hoped. These people are very dishonest and shameless. I am personally offended at every fabricated accusation they claimed in the house, because I make sure my manager properly maintains it. I do not operate a roach motel, I own a clean house that gets maintenance before, during, and after each stay. See my other (35) 4/5 STAR reviews to prove my point.

The listing description and photos were accurate regarding this location. It was comfortable and we liked the big couch. I felt that it wasn't as clean as I was expecting and several things were missing. For example there was only one dish cloth and no dish towels, no dust pan and 1 extra toilet paper per bathroom was all that was provided. At least three of the bedrooms had lights that didn't work. At one point we discovered water coming out a pipe in the side of the house and called the manager. We left messages at both his phone numbers but he never got back to us. That concerned us some - if it had been a big problem, I didn't know where to go from there.

Owner response:Nobody complained about the only one extra bathroom paper (there are 3 bathrooms). Instead of kitchen towels there is a roll of paper towel to use. The little water was not an emergency. The message was: "not a big deal, when you have time". All the lights, lamps do work, you just need to plug them/turn them on.

10 of us got together for a reunion from all over the country- the house was a perfect setup and size for us. Location was very convenient to the strip. The best part about the experience was dealing with the owner (Monika) who was always easy to get a hold of and get along with. I'd rent here again!

Our COED SOFTBALL TEAM "URBAN LEGENDS" rented out this large spacious home for the weekend.The whole team could not have been any happier with the house.Had nice spacious rooms,Working TV and radios not to mention a large kitchen and living room area where we spent most of our time.I definetly recommend this house that is looking to accomodate 12+. peolple.Oh and the pool and hot tub is just the icing on the cake,although we only used the hot tub since it was 51c the weekend we were there.

My friends and I visited Vegas for Memorial Weekend and opted to stay in a home instead of the strip. We were beyond pleased with this choice. We had the comfort of being home when away from home. This home was very comfortable and had all the amenities of a hotel plus those of your own home. Nothing beats lounging in the patio area of the house with some drinks and a little dip in the pool or jacuzzi before heading out for the nightlife. The location was great only a short cab ride to the casinos.

I would like to take this time to truly thank Monika and her lovely home for making our weekend one that is truly hard to forget. From the minute we made contact she was very quick on getting responses back to what I had questions for. We do a large family reunion every year in Vegas and had a large group of 15 people and it truly accommodated each and every individual. Again, our family has done this for the past 6 years and haven't found the service, space, and the experience that Monika had provided for us. It is definitely close enough to the strip as it is away just so you have the strip right there for those that want to go out and gamble and grab drinks, or it is far enough to be left alone from all the noise and chaos the strip can have and just lay out by the nice pool or the huge jacuzzi. Even accommodated a late check out for us which was so gracious of her. This house will definitely with no doubt be THE house that our family will go to every year. Thanks again so much Monika!

This is the second straight year we had the pleasure of renting this house. We are a large group of friends and the house provided the perfect mix of space and amenities. It is also very convenient to the strip while still giving you the feeling you have escaped the tourist traps when you come back to the house. The owner is very helpful and responsive and the place comes as advertised.

We play pool in the APA and our teams have won our way to vegas the last three years straight and we have chosen to stay at your rental house rather then the hotel for the last three years as well. very comfortable house with all the amenities except since we are pool players the pool table at the house is not the standard league size. so was unable to get any use out of it.

We stayed at the house for a month and found the owner to be very helpful with all aspects of booking the trip and organising payment. Very big and well furnished house, there were no problems with our stay and even if anything went wrong having the property manager living next door meant it would get fixed straight away. Very quiet location but only 5-10mins from the strip!

Quiet and relaxing place to stay to get away from the noise of the Strip but still be only 5 minutes from the action. Definitely kid friendly and with plenty of space. Perfect to host a dinner/pool party. It was exactly what our group wanted and the price was very affordable.

I was a little hesistant to rent over the internet because of all the different scams out there, but the Owner is AWESOME!! Great house!! Nice and Clean. Felt just like home... Every room is furnished, has a grill to BBQ, convenient washer and dryer, I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in June 08, and can say it was totally perfect for us. 5 of us stayed here, and it provided the perfect distance between us and the strip so that we didn't have to be surrounded by it every day, but could easily get there. The house itself is huge, and very well kept. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Vegas to look into staying in this apartment.

This house worked perfectly for my family's 30th reunion. There was enough room for all 12 of us and lots of space for all to be together. It was close to the strip and other major sites and the expressway to the airport. The owner was willing to answer all of our questions and provided what she promised. This is an economical, convenient and comfortable house for a large group.

House worked out great for us during a hockey tournament. Saved lots of money by staying here and doing all our own cooking. It's in a centrally-located area and it is very easy to find things in general vicinity. Would definitely stay here again.

We were fortunate to obtain this house for the president's Day weekend in Las Vegas. I took a volleyball team of 11 16-18 year old girls. The house was more than adequate for all of us -- I truly think if the team was larger we could have acommodated more players. The house was on a quiet street off a major thoroughfare so we had the convenience of getting anywhere fast with a super quiet at night neighborshood. Location close to lots of shopping of every kind-- grocery and otherwise. Close to on-ramps to interstate but far enough so there was no traffic noise. The house was more than adequately stocked with bed and bath linens, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, large and small appliances including a hair dryer, blender, toaster oven, microwave. I didn't even have to buy clothes washing soap or dishwashing soap. The price was very reasonable. The neighbor who oversees the house for the owner was very helpful and friendly -- even though I never needed any assistance, it was nice to know I could call on him. House was spotless and I hope we left it that way too.

This was a perfect house for our traveling group to compete in the National tennis competition! Big enough for all 10 of us, close to many tennis courts, the strip, and other hotel where our other team mates were staying. The combination lock code of the front door was ideal for such a large group going and coming out of the house. The owner is very accommodating. I would definitely make this home my home whenever I'm in Vegas again.

I stayed this passed weekend at this house and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. It is really convenient, especially if you are traveling in a group. My friends and I have rented the house on two separate occassions. Each time, we have been more than pleased with the accomodations. The house is ideal for our needs. The house was exactly what we expected. Great for a large group. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. It was big, clean, and in a great location. The location was wonderful. It is near the I-15, shopping mall and strip. I was able to find my way around with ease. That was a big plus for me. My family preferred staying in the house instead of venturing out into the Vegas heat. They were not bored for one second. They enjoyed the patio mister,dart board,pool & pool table. Great house!Great location! We would definately stay here again.
