WHAT A GREAT LOCATION! Walk less than five minutes to the gondola-The BRECK CONNECT and you are on your way up to the slopes!This historic home was completely renovated in 2003 and features a modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, a master suite, and a guest room and bath. Marvelous ski area views from the large deck with private hot tub. Walk out on the deck and down a flight of stairs to the lower garage apartment. It is a large studio set up- bright and airy- with bunkstyle sleeping with a single bed on top and double-size bed on the bottom, and a separate sleeper sofabed.The garage apartment also has a small kitchen. Both kitchens( main house and garage apartment) are well equipped - perfect for quick snacks or gourmet meals. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD or VCR. The living room has large TV with surround sound. This is a very unique location. The home is one-half block above Main Street which has Breckenridge's finest dining and shopping galore! Grocery store and the town recreation center and skating rink are nearby. The house is on a private, quiet, secluded street. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Hawaii.

This is a great little home to stay in! Pam was very easy to communicate w/ on all aspects of the rental. Close to everything w/out having to take a car anywhere (unless you are golfing). Peak 8 gondola, grocery store, shopping, dining all w/in walking distance. The house was cozy and comfortable and the beds were so comfortable. Hot tub on the deck w/ an awesome view! We recommend you get the apartment garage for add'l $50.00 per night if you're having extra guests. Will stay again next year. Thanks Pam, for making it a home away from home. Parking might be the only drag to this place.
Owner response:The parking is as follows- there are two spaces in the heated garage and one exterior parking space beside the garage with a heated pad ( so the snow does not stick or pile up- no shoveling needed). The parking is up/down two flights of stairs- good training for the ski runs. We do suggest that guests unload their luggage, groceries and gear on the ths street side right in front of the front door and then drive around to the garage to park their vehicles.
