Walk less than five minutes to the new gondola-The BRECK CONNECT and you are on your way up to the slopes!This historic home was completely renovated in 2003 and features a modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, a master suite, and a guest room and bath. Marvelous ski area views from the large deck with private hot tub. Walk out on the deck and down a flight of stairs to the lower garage apartment. It is a large studio set up- bright and new- with bunkstyle sleeping with a single bed on top and double-size bed on the bottom, and a separate sleeper sofabed.The garage apartment also has a small kitchen. Both kitchens( main house and garage apartment) are well equipped - perfect for quick snacks or gourmet meals. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD or VCR. The living room has large TV with surround sound. This is a very unique location. The home is one-half block above Main Street which has Breckenridge's finest dining and shopping galore! Grocery store and the town recreation center and skating rink are nearby. The house is on a private, quiet, secluded street.
