Property description

This is by far the nicest unit in Ski Hill Condos. Completely renovated and professionally decorated in 2013. You can't find a better location that is 2 min walk to town and 3 min to the Gondola. It's the ultimate homebase in Breckenridge for skiing, biking, or any other activity.
The condo has everything you need, it sits on the second floor of a building with plenty of parking. The elevator is just a few steps away from the entrance, so it's easy in and out. The deck has outdoor furniture for relaxing after skiing and having a cigar (outside). The fireplace and big screen TV make it cozy and entertaining. The brand new kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar is more open and easier to make the perfect meal in than any other unit in the building. Gourmands will love the ability to really cook and make amazing meals, or walk three minutes into town and let someone else handle the meals.

Why Other Historic District Properties:
I like to keep my property in the best shape possible and bought the nicest unit in the building, in the best location in Breck. This is easy access to lifts and town and was completely gutted top to bottom. I really like that they took out the wall to open the kitchen. I looked at a ton of properties in town and finally settled on this since it was perfect.
