This property is situated in the quite, pristine area of Cayman Kai. Our home also has an in-ground pool and sits on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. This is a very private, exclusive part of beautiful Grand Cayman.
CoCo Kai, constructed in February 2004, is an upscale private vacation home located in the tranquil, pristine Northside of Grand Cayman, five minutes from Rum Point and Stingray City. CoCo Kai is on the beautiful, white sand shore of the Caribbean Sea.
Our home has five bedrooms with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with views to the eastern caribbean sea for early sun rises. The master shower area has two shower heads with three windows overlooking the beautiful caribbean sea. There are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a fourth bedroom with a set of twin beds. The house sleeps up to ten people very comfortably.
CoCo Kai has an in ground fresh water pool for your enjoyment. We also have a 75 foot private dock for sunning, fishing or snorkeling. There are miles of terrific snorkeling on a shallow reef formation that runs in both directions on the Northside of the island.
The house has central A/C, a whirlpool tub in the master bath, washer/dryer, Satellite TV, DVD & Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has all the amenities, including linens and towels. Internet access is available.
