Our group of 8 adults enjoyed this home. It was clean, well decorated and was very comfortable. The only thing we would have liked that the home didn't have was a hot tub! The nearby activities were limited...and that was one of the reasons we selected the home. We didn't want to be in the middle of all the tourists. If your looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself, I would recommend this house. It has all the comforts of home...pool and beach front.

Everyone had a great time especially the grandchildren. A wonderful 50th Anniversary trip for all. Loved having enough bedrooms. Layout is great. Having 2 Tv's areas worked well with age differences. Hard to go back to the working world. :-)

We just returned from our stay at Coco Kai. This home is wonderful! I cant say enough good things about it. The location is perfect if you want something low key and quiet. The home has just about everything you could ask for. The beach is quite large and the dock is great to lounge on. We loved having the pool and grill. It is a short drive to Rum Point and Starfish Point. You must check out both places. Im so glad we chose to stay away from seven mile area. It is very busy and congested in that area. The owners of the home were so nice and helpful with booking their home. We are already planning a trip to return. So if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, relaxing place this is it! You will not be disappointed!

We were a family with 8 adults from CA, Chicago and Louisiana. We had three small children with us also. Your home had wonderful amenities and the perfect location, snorkeling at the house was outstanding. Our 5 year old grandaughter was comfortable enough to snorkel and she was amazed at the fish she saw in front of the house. We were so content we stayed home at Coco Kai. We drove the island but never even felt the need to eat out or snorkel or dive elsewhere. All was lovely! Thank you so much!

Coco Kai was the perfect location to meet and celebrate with our parents. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to both spend time together in the common area as well as spread out comfortably and have some privacy. We loved the large dining room table to accommodate our group of 8 after cooking full meals in the well appointed kitchen. The location on the north side is quiet and private which also means a rental car is necessary to get groceries, check out the local restaurants, go into town for church, shopping or a visit to 7 mile beach. We rented the Hyundai H1 van which easily allowed all of us to go out together and do our final trip to the airport with luggage. The area out front the house is great for relaxing (on dock or beach), snorkeling but not ideal for general swimming or walking the beach. We found Rum point to be an easy 10 min drive for access to a great area for a manicured beach great for swimming and walking the shore. The seniors in our group (80 and 85) were fine with the walk up and down the stairs but we had them stay on the 2nd floor (where living room and kitchen are) so as not to deal with the sunken family room area on main floor. The area on main floor is a wonderful additional lounging space with extra TV but the single step down from 3 directions could be hazardous for seniors if they needed to maneuver during the night. We used the 4 BR's with queen or king beds and left the two BR's with twins (they are beautiful rooms and would easily accommodate 4 extra people). We ate at Over the Edge restaurant (5 minute drive) which was excellent and also did a Birthday dinner to see the Barefoot Man at the Reef Resort (25 min drive). We also used the beach at Kai Bo Marina on a day that Rum Point was closed and had a nice lunch there (just a few minutes further than Rum Point). The kayaks were wonderful to have access to and although the bikes were not visible at first, a quick phone call to Roy and they appeared for our use. The pool at first glance appears tiny, but really it is all you need for a dip to cool off. The north side is windy but after spending time in town and at 7 mile beach is a much appreciated breeze to temper the heat and humidity. The house has great outdoor lounge chairs, dining set for by the pool and adirondack chairs to take to the end of the dock and enjoy the final sunshine of the day. All linens, towels, beach towels are great quality. Highly recommend this property!!

We stayed at Coco Kai for a week and didn't want to leave!! When we arrived, it felt like we were arriving to a five star hotel as it was so clean and well presented and so well equipped. The house is incredibly spacious and I love the new layout and furnishings. So mush so that I couldn't decide if I wanted to be lazy in the living room looking out at the sea or if I should go outside and laze on the dock over the water. The second living room downstairs is great for the kids allowing us all to watch our own TV and movies at night. We took the kayaks out every day and snorkeled right off the dock. We loved Starfish Point and Kaibo for lunch. The color of the water was amazing with so many starfish. Rum Point and Cayman lemondes were also a must. Swimming with the dolphins and Sting Ray City a HUGE highlight! I loved the fact that we were away from all the tourists yet an easy, beautiful coastal drive to Georgetown. We went to the movies, Michaels Genuine and Sunset. We will DEFINITELY be back as we still want to see the Turtle Farm and blue iguanas and of course have a relaxing time in the sun!

WOW, I can't say enough about the great time we had at Coco Kai! We travelled here with 11 in our group and the house suited us perfectly. It is very well equipped we didn't find anything lacking. We even had our own dog for the week! He would come down the beach and spend the day with us! The beach area and access to snorkling right out the back door is simply amazing! One couple in our group were scuba divers and said it was some of the best diving they had ever had. If you are coming here and needing transportation I would highly recommend McCurley Tours! They picked us up at the airport, took us for groceries and got us to the Villa! Jewellery shopping was a blast at Milano's in Georgetown! The weather (although a bit windy at times) was great and the ability to sit on the dock in the middle of the ocean is just another bonus! We took a reef fishing trip with Oh Boy Charters which also exceeded our expectations! The owner/manager of this property was amazingly helpful, answering ANY of my many questions! On the Edge restaurant down the road is a great place to go and sit on the water and eat. If you are in Georgetown, do not miss Casablanca's Italian restaurant, it was simply delicious and very reasonable. We cannot wait to vacation here again, this time though we will plan on staying longer!

Perfect spot for us. Away from the tourist areas. Private beach. Beautiful home with everything as good or better than described on vrbo site. House is very fresh and new and very tastefully decorated. Furniture is very comfortable and well selected to accomodate the large groups that the house can comfortably hold. Rum Point beach is very close and very enjoyable with restaurant, bar, boat tours, equipment rentals, etc. We also enjoyed Over the Edge restaurant and found it to have good location, good food, reasonable prices, and a great staff.

Thanks so much for your lovely home for the week. It was quite comfortable for all. We loved the pool and dock especially. This was our first trip to the Caymans and really loved snorkelling and swimming with the stingrays. We were all very happy that we chose this side of the island. Coco Kai was excellent.

Nice quiet residential area. House has nice features, such as grill, pool, screened patio, ocean view, etc. Two ocean facing bedrooms were especially nice. Close to grocery store and Rum Point. Good restaraunts within driving distance. Only draw back is distance from Georgetown. Good snorkling directly at the property, nice beach front property.
