This condominium is fully furnished and equipped for you and your family to have the best vacation possible. Don't worry about loading the car and unloading all your gear when you get to the beach - you are at the beach. Spend your time relaxing and enjoying the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Whether its enjoying the hot tubs, playing on the beach, lounging at the pool, or eating at Bikini Bob's, you and your family are sure to enjoy your vacation. Nearby attractions such as Emerald Falls Amusement Park, putt putt golf, go-carts and other entertainment provide great family relaxation in addition to the beach. The restaurants on Panama City Beach, Florida are excellent, whether its the award winning Capt. Anderson's, Pompanos, Tony Roma's, Pineapple Willy's or Joey's Pizza - you are sure to be well fed. Back inside the condominium, one full bath and one half bath make getting ready a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or make a snack to take with you to the beach. The washer and dryer right in the room is an added convenience that not all units at the Summit have. The children will love the bunk beds and the parents will enjoy privacy of the master bedroom. For extra guests, the couch is a sofa sleeper and it makes into a nice queen size bed.

Sales Tax of 10.5% and a $200 deposit apply to all rentals. $10 reg. Fee
Spring Break deposit is $400 and the reg. fee is $35 and only 4 guests/room.
The person who books the room must stay in the room - no subletting.
Deposit required to reserve & will be returned if unit is left as it is found.
Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival.
If reservation is not kept, deposit is forfeited, unless arrangements are made.
