Relax and unwind in this comfortable 3 bedroom penthouse suite. It's perfect for a family vacation. The cathedral ceilings make the 1600+ square foot condo seem even bigger!
Sip margaritas on the terrace as you watch the sun set on Banderas Bay, shop until your heart's content along the Malecon, stroll around the 500-slip marina, or relax by one of three pools in the resort. Play volleyball on the beach or in the pool, or try the daily water aerobics.
In Sept. 2007, we remodeled the kitchen. After moving the sink to face the living area, we added a dishwasher and garbage disposal. We also replaced the stovetop and exhaust fan. This is all set in new granite counters and new cabinets. Check out our photos to see how it all looks.
During previous visits in 2005 and 2006, we added the following items to our condo: a combo DVD/VCR player; wireless DSL service with 2MB download speeds; new kitchen pots, pans, and utensils; and more authentic Mexican arts and crafts. During the summer, we added separate A/C units for each of the large bedrooms with independent controls. We remodeled the bathrooms enclosing them in marble and added primavera vanities for improved storage.
The resort is just 1.2 miles from the airport and less than 4 miles from the Zona Romantica in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
