The condo is conveniently located in a great location near the causeway. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. The condo is clean and nicely decorated and just like the photos in the listing. The view from the 7th floor is wonderful. The owners are helpful and great to do business with. We recommend the condo highly and we are anxious to return next year!

This is our 7th year staying at this condo. You could not find a better place to stay in the St. Pete area. The property is well maintained and the condo was impeccable with all the amenities you would need. The location is very close to the famous John's Pass and has many great restaurants in the area. Shopping centers are also nearby. The large deck is wonderful to lounge on and watch the beautiful sunsets. We love spending our vacation time here.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very nicely furnished. Large M. bedroom & spare bedroom had a q. bed and single which you usually don't fine. Tle floors all tile but bedrooms. This was so much easier to keep clean. Nice patio furniture. Ate breakfast out there several times. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. I'm sure we will be back. We were there for a month and met a lot of nice people. Pool Is awesome.

WOW! Fireworks exploding @ eye level on the 10th floor from sunset till 11pm~~ HOT awesome weather~ Our 2.5 week vacation was perfect ~ Always wanted to see the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico on the longest day of the year & it was spectacular ~~ never too crowded on the beach or in the large heated pool, except on the 4th of course ~~ only negative is that the condo did not furnish the food and Margarita mix..hehe ~~ LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT VACATION IN ONE OF THE WOODLOCK'S OCEAN SANDS CONDOS.

This was our second time staying at Ocean Sands and we had a wonderful time again. The condo is clean, updated, and very spacious. The view is breath taking and watching the dolphins in the morning is a ritual. Our grand-kids come with us and they love the pool and swim 8-10 hours a day. The owners are so helpful and nice, a joy to do business with. The condo is located within walking distance to a lot of activities, stores, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this property and will be returning again.

Just returned from our vacation at 707 ocean sands having been here to this apt for the last 2 yrs and cant praise it high enough ,the apt is well equipped with all you could need for a perfect holiday, Its wonderful to go out in the morning and watch the ocean over breakfast.Trudi &Tom are very helpful and easily contacted. Wonderful Time at Ocean Sands

Our experience at Ocean Sands was very positive. The condo is well-maintained with attractive spacious rooms, incredible views, enough dishes and kitchen implements to make the transition from our home to a vacation condo very easy. The location is very convenient - short distances to John's Pass, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the American Legion and VFW, local churches, post office, and most importantly, the Amish ice cream store. The extended deck remained very comfortable most of the day, with a constant pleasant breeze. We saw dolphins every day, schools of fish, and several manatees. This was exciting for dolphin-deprived New Yorkers. We would recommend this unit to our friends.

My family and I return every year to this wonderful property, we love the view, location right on the beach, close to shopping mall and tourist area John's Pass, a good variety of restaurants in the area, lots to do close by, boating, swimming (gulf or pool), para sailing, mini golf, etc, the whole property is super clean. Busch gardens is a 40 minute drive and so is Lowry park zoo and all the rest of the Tampa attractions, we really like that it is close to Tampa (a bigger city) but not in it because when you are done for the day at the attractions you can escape to the beach side without a long drive. The best of both worlds! I would highly recommend this property.

It is indeed a pleasure to write a review or description of this property . My wife and I have been spending our vacations in and around Madeira Beach area for in excess of 20 plus years . It was indeed a stroke of luck to have located this property. Right on the Gulf. Magnificent white sands and exquisit view of the Gulf from our Patio..Near to all shopping areas and attractions. So many excellent restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance . .The condo is excellantly furnished with constant upgrades almost annually..It is well maintained and spotlessly clean..I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wishing a piece of Heaven.. The owners bend over backwards to accommodate you. and quick to respond to any inquiries. I have been in this unit for 3 consecutive years and will be returning next year..

A "Bit of Paradise"........

...or should I say more than a bit...and you're in the perfect location! Come and see the REAL Florida, from beautiful beaches to restaurants offering "local color". Endless activities ranging from deep sea fishing to theme parks to just relaxing at the private pool or Tiki Bar. Best of all is the condo itself; beautiful, comfortable, and all the amenities of home PLUS. So come enjoy Florida during the day and relax to some of the most breathtaking sunsets on the planet...and if you're lucky, catch a moonset on the horizon. Can't wait til next year....we're booked already!

Fabulous one-bedroom condo at Ocean Sands, Madeira Beach

My husband and I have been going to Ocean Sands since 1989 and started renting Trudi's one-bedroom condo in 2005. We just love it! Trudi is a wonderful landlady and has thought of everything to make the condo feel like a "second home". The furniture is very comfortable, including two La-Z-Boy chairs which are wonderful to relax in after a "hard day" on the beach! There's an excellent phone plan (free calls to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada .. .terrific for us "Snowbirds"!), hi speed internet, every appliance you could want while on vacation (even a toaster oven!), and a view from the balcony that can't be beaten. There are several restaurants within walking distance, plus a beautiful Winn Dixie supermarket one block away. Busch Gardens is a mere 40 minute drive, and Orlando less than two hours. Ocean Sands is a terrific place to vacation - Huge sundeck complete with tiki hut, barbecue and shuffleboard court on deck two, and a lovely pool with adjacent hot tub on the main level. The beach is on your doorstep and it's fabulous sitting on the balcony watching the parasailers, wind surfers, jet skiers, not to mention the dolphins frolicking in the Gulf ... It's another world! So, if you're looking to get away for some awesome fun in the sun or to totally relax and do nothing, we'd thoroughly recommend contacting Trudi regarding this gem of a one-bedroom condo.

We have utilized this Condo for a month annually since Trudi & Tom bought & renovated it several years ago. It is in our view an excellent condo. We are experienced over 20 years of renting condos in the Madeira Beach/Johns Pass area. It is very well maintained and fully equipped. The location is excellent, the view over the beach & gulf is wonderful. The Building is well maintained with all the amenities you might need. Grocery, Liquor & Drug stores a short walk away. The availability of Internet access is a definite plus. We are already booked for next year and trust we will be back for many more. Can't wait to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the Gulf. We enjoy listening to the waves on the beach lull us off to sleep at bedtime. Trudi & Tom are caring owners and are available by phone in case of problems, of which we have had very few.

We have stayed here for 3 weeks the last 2 years and have found it to be an excellent place to relax & enjoy ourselves. The building security is fantastic, keys are even required to get in or out of the pool area. The pool is large & well maintained & the view of the Gulf is magnificent. Trudi, the owner is very pleasant & accomodating. We recommend it highly.

I do not think I can put into words the experiences I have had renting from these owners and having the opportunity to stay in their gorgeous condo. I have been going to Madeira Beach and staying in Ocean Sands since I was a child. Once I discovered the owners of this particular condo I would not look any further. Not only are the owner’s exceptionally accommodating and compassionate- the prices are fair but repeat renters get a discount! I consider myself lucky to have found the perfect holiday place for me. There is so much to do, yet my favourite part is the sounds of the ocean, sunsets, being able to cook meals with a fully equipped kitchen, dolphin watching from the balcony and of course the well maintained pool and beach. You can have a quiet vacation to unwind or pack your days full of exciting things to do. The condo is exactly what one looks for as a beach get away- homey, cozy, beachy (for lack of a better word I will make one up)and vacation friendly. I call this one my private paradise!

I stayed here with my new wife for a week on the beach and we are already booked again for next year. The condo was great- but best of all was the location. I have been to a lot of beaches and this one ranks in my top 10! The high speed internet access was great- something I wish more condo owners would set up. We used it for directions and to find different places within the area to go. Great communication with the owner also. She was a very nice woman- everything went very smoothly! Thank you!!
