Neo Hacienda is a newly constructed, modern home with many old time elements of a traditional hacienda. Ideally located close to Sonoma's historic plaza yet in a quiet and secluded world of its own. 2300 sq. ft. of indoor living space is complimented with an 800 sq. ft. inner courtyard featuring a fire pit, gas barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is also a swimming pool and guest house that sits above the beautifully manicured lawn and rock garden. About the owner: We are a family of 3 who live in Northern California. We love the Sonoma wine country and you will too!
Why the Owner Chose Sonoma: The home is close to the town square yet you rarely hear a sound other than the birds in the trees. We built the house from the ground up combining modern building techniques and materials with classic, old world sensibilities. The windows in the house are from the 1930s giving the home a rustic feel while the countertops throughout are poured from concrete in a modern, contemporary style.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Radiant heated floors
Antique windows that look out onto wonderful gardens of native grasses, lawns and plant life
