Our condo is 1400 square feet with a huge lanai to watch the sunsets. The building is three stories and we are on the grass level. Nice size pool with two gas barbecues right below unit. Beautifully furnished with works by local artists. Niceties such as all cotton sheets, choice of feather pillows, beach towels supplied.

Kapalua Beach is rated the best beach in the United States by the University of Maryland in a resort beach study. The snorkeling is fabulous. If you like walking or jogging the scenery is amazing, walking flower-lined lanes through the resort. Free shuttle up to mountain walking, hiking trails.

Our unit has never been in the rental pool and our regular guests just keep coming back. With two eighteen-hole golf courses, first class tennis complex, best beach, and great restaurants you have found paradise!

    We had such a great time in Maui that we are already talking about going back. We really loved your place, it was super comfortable and ideal for a couple with a baby. Everything we needed we could find in your place. We enjoyed sitting in the lanai and looking at the sea and the stars at night! We also liked the location a lot. We had an awesome time in the swimming pool(down your condo and and also at the Ritz-we rented a cabana for the day, and had a wonderful time!) We followed many of your dining/lunch/breakfast suggestions. We loved them all.

    I want to say "thank you" for the privilege of staying in your beautiful condo on Maui. My husband,daughter, and daughter's best friend had an amazing time. My husband and I usually stay right on Kaanapali Beach, but truly enjoyed the "quite" beauty of your place. I don't think we can ever go back to hotels. with the exception of full service, we've been spoiled! we'll let you know when we are ready to return, please rememer us
