Walk out the door to your own three tiered deck, or onto your private balcony from the master suite to view the sunset and boats cruising along the waterway. Or walk 2 blocks to the end of the street to enjoy Pompano Beach, shops, restaurants, and beach activities.
The townhouse features a built-in one car garage, three bedrooms, plus a small den, and three full baths. It can sleep ten. Pets are considered. Child equipment and beach toys are available. This is a perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion, private groups for scuba, or fishing charters. There are other units available in the building if you need two units to accommodate twenty guests!

We had the experience of staying at this beautiful rental townhome from Jan 28,2013 to Feb 28,2013 all of our expectations were met and we enjoyed our stay Kelly was great to deal with and was availiable to answer any questions we may have had, our relatives stayed in the Master Bedroom which was beautiful and had a Balcony overlooking the waterway, Dolores and I took Bedroom 2 which also was set up perfectly with two double door closets and separate bath, there is a beautiful tierd deck overlooking the water although it need tender loving care it was very enjoyable to sit and sunbathe and watch the Boats, a hot tub is also on the deck but because the weather was in the high eightys we did not use it, this townhome is on two levels with two bedrooms Up and one down, the downstairs one has two full beds and a bath also two double door closets. a separate wash room with washer and dryer is provided as is a one car garage. The kitchen is up to date and fully equipped the dining room and living room are also well appointed. this property sits on a quite street and a very nice neighbor hood, we would recommend this townhome to anyone . About the owner: I am vacation rental owner and also a real estate agent. I purchased this property and renovated it to live in. I lived there for 2 years and moved to Boca Raton when I had my first child. I put in a lot of tender loving care and beautiful appointments. Soon after purchasing the property I gained a real estate license and began selling to investors and absentee owners. I now manage my properties as well as others.
