The reason I chose to buy this property is the unique location. The view is spectacular. The intracoastal opens up into a lake and the property sits right on a wide open bay. Sail boats anchor for a rest sometimes. The beach is only 2 blocks away!

I am vacation rental owner and also a real estate agent. I purchased this property and renovated it to live in. I lived there for 2 years and moved to Boca Raton when I had my first child. I put in a lot of tender loving care and beautiful appointments. Soon after purchasing the property I gained a real estate license and began selling to investors and absentee owners. I now manage my properties as well as others.
