The townhouse features a built-in one car garage, three bedrooms, plus a small den, and three full baths. It can sleep ten. Pets are considered. Child equipment and beach toys are available. This is a perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion, private groups for scuba, or fishing charters. Theer are other untis available in the building if you need two units to accommodate twenty guests!

$125 cleaning fee and 11% tax
50% due to hold reservation & remainder due 30 days prior to arrival
$400 refundable damage deposit / $150 non refundable pet fee

Cancelations are accepted if I can rent again with $200 non refundable fee

Year Purchased: 2000
I am vaction rental owner and also a real estate agent. I purchased this property and renovated it to live in. I lived there for 2 years and moved to Boca Raton when I had my first child. I put a lot of tender loving care and beautiful appointments. Soon after putchasign the property I gained a real estate license and began selling to investors and absentee owners. I now manage my properties as well as others.

The reason I chose to buy this property is the uniquie location. The view is spectacular. The intracoastal opens up into a lake and the property sits right on a wide open bay. Sail boats anchor for a rest sometimes. The beach is only 2 blocks away!
