Enjoy panoramic lake views framed by pine trees and the San Bernadino Mountain Range from every room. Relax in this bright and spacious mountain chalet overlooking Big Bear Lake! Walk across the street and dip your toes or fishing rod into Big Bear Lake.

This home is new with modern furnishings. The interior is so cozy and inviting you may never want to leave the fireside. Those who venture out are rewarded by the stunning views of Big Bear Lake from the Castle Rock Trail and Boulder Bay which are just steps out the door.

This three level hillside chalet has 2 master bedrooms on the top level: king with private bath and cable TV, queen and full futon with private bath and cable TV. The third bedroom is on the bottom level. It has a full and a full futon, cable TV, VCR, and nintendo. The third bathroom and laundry room are also on this level. The main floor has the fourth bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace and plenty of comfy seating (2 love seats, couch, 2 arm chairs. There is an entertainment center with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. Extensive video, book, and game library for "kids" of all ages.

The house is located on a quiet cul de sac bordering the Papoose Bay Estates and Boulder Bay. It has two separate driveway entrances with ample off street parking. Skiing and the village are five minutes away from this tranquil retreat. Boats may be launched in nearby city Marinas or any of three free launch sites. Mountain bike rentals and trails are close. There is ample storage for boating, biking, and ski gear.
