This is our 4th time staying at the Maisons-Sur-Mer and I believe our third time renting from Jeff and Denise. Unit 911 is a 5-Star condo. Everything is included and the views from what seems to be 200+ square feet of balcony are breath taking. The proberty is very well maintained and everyone is very friendly. i have nothing but good things to say about our stay. I highly recommend renting through Jeff and Denise, they are well organized, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Tony

When I opened the door to the condo, I knew that my wishes for a clean, welcoming and wonderful vacation were here for my husband and I. What a gorgeous spot. The appliances all worked well, the unit was spotless and the few necessities that I required to get through our first meal were all supplied. The beach access, the cleanliness of the unit and the building are a must for us and when choosing something over the internet, you are never sure until you arrive. This picture perfect unit is all that you could ask for. I have booked through Home Away in Arizona, England, Wales, Ireland and Italy and have not been disappointed yet. Thank you. We love this unit! It has everything you need for a fabulous ocean front vacation! There are decks off of every room! it is large and comfortable with that beautiful ocean everywhere you look! The Maisons-sur-Mer is a beautiful building with a restaurant, sauna, work-out room, library, card room, billiard room, media room....and much more. The security is excellent, the halls are clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back again and again.. thanks, Jeff and Denise for a great stay!

We loved this unit!! The view was absolutely amazing!! Everything you would ever need is right there in the unit. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was very clean and you felt like you were right at home. Everyone in the building were very friendly. The pool was great and the ocean was literally right there, it was so convienent to just walk right to the beach!! We are going back next year and we would recommend this unit to anyone...couples and/or families with older and younger children. Thanks for a great vacation!!

This condo is right on the beach. No crossing the road. The beach is clean and you can walk it for miles if you want to. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The balcony offers a great view of the ocean and shoreline. The condo is close to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and shopping, (Broadway at the Beach & Barefoot Landing) yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Its easy to get to from the airport. Golf courses are very close. Loved it there!

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
