Happy's Villa, a five-bedroom, four-bath home with pool, spa, and game room, was newly constructed in 2004 and sleeps up to 12 people. The oversized lot has been tastefully landscaped in the traditional Florida style including brightly painted exterior, various plantings, and a palm tree on the front lawn.
The interior has been carefully decorated and furnished with the comfort of our guests foremost in our minds.
The interior features vaulted ceilings, three ceiling fans, fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, all small appliances, dishwasher, electric range and microwave, washer and dryer, great room with sectional queen-sized sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD, and AM/FM stereo, breakfast area with seating for six at table and two at counter, and formal dining room that seats six.
Two master suites with king-size beds, a third bedroom with queen-size bed, and a fourth and fifth bedroom with two twin beds in each. The two master suites include cable TV, VCR and/or DVD, and clock radios. Third bedroom includes cable TV and DVD. There are four bathrooms, including two master baths.
One of the master baths includes an oval tub and walk-in shower with 28-inch-wide door and a built-in seat. Safety bars have also been added to this bathroom. Both master bedrooms have private entrances to the lanai and pool area.
Off the rear of the home is a 16-foot by 12-foot covered lanai that leads to a completely screened-in patio with a 26-foot by 13-foot pool (ranging from three-feet to five-feet deep), pool safety fence, safety bar, and a raised heated spa. Patio furniture includes a table with four bar-type chairs and two chaise loungers. Extra table and chairs are also available. As an added feature, privacy screening is being added in January 2005.
There is a game room featuring pool table, air hockey, cable TV, foosball game, board games, cards, and some books.
For your convenience, a highchair, a "Pack and Play" pen/sleeper, and stroller are also available for our younger guests.
