This fresh, clean and well decorated home has fabulous amenities like like a well-stocked, fully-equipped kitchen. There is a second kitchen on the ground floor for all your poolside snacking.
There are 5 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens, 2 twins and a futon). The house has 4 full bathrooms (master bedroom's is en suite). There are 3 TVs (2 are HD flat screen), 4 cordless telephones with free long distance service, high speed wireless Internet, printer/scanner/fax, 3 DVD players, 2 VCRs, and an Ipod compatible boombox.
The house is overlooking a natural preserve where sea turtles nest and birds feed. It is steps to the beach where you can enjoy some of the whitest sand and best shelling around. This incredible view (you can see to Naples) is visible from the open living room, dining room, lanai and kitchen (not bad to look at the beach while you are doing the dishes). There is a heated pool on the ground floor with lots of outdoor furniture. A large deck is off of the kitchen with furniture and a gas grill with another view of the water and beach. The screened lanai has a 6 person hot tub and comfy furniture.
The house has emergency lighting and hardwired fire and smoke detectors for your safety. We also have beach towels, hair dryers, beach and pool toys, DVDs, VHS tapes, and lots of books and magazines to read. Just bring your clothes and food and it will feel like home.
The house is located on the south end of the island, and about 2 miles from Lover's Key State Park (voted one of the top 10 beaches in America). Close by we have a public executive golf course, a large plaza with lots of neat restaurants and shops, a post office, drug store, & gas station. A short distance from the house, there is a 4-plex movie theater and a Publix grocery store. The trolley that goes up and down the island has pickup close by also.
