Our condominium is located just steps away from the white sand beaches with private beach access and can often be rented for less than the cost of the local hotels. Rent a condo instead of a hotel room. We also have hi-speed internet cable access at no additional charge.
This deluxe condominium located on the fourth floor includes almost 1400 square feet of spacious living area and an oversized balcony overlooking the pools, tropical grounds and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has two large bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a roomy full bathroom. The master bedroom is also complete with a large walk-in closet, a view of the Gulf and its own access to the balcony. Two custom built-in bunk beds in the hallway allow the unit to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The living room armoire houses a TV, DVD, VCR as well as a separate stereo with CD/Cassette player. Each bedroom also has its own television.

The condominium has a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. It also features a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with storage. In addition to central air, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room add extra comfort. This unit is SMOKE-FREE and does not allow pets.
Amenities include over 360 feet of private, sugar sand beach, two large pools (one heated for your winter enjoyment) with expanded decks, lounge chairs, and lighted tennis courts. The lush landscaped grounds include palm-lined walkways between the two swimming pools and beach walkover adding to the tropical feel. The private beach access also features a large gazebo just made for a little shade while still enjoying the beach or enjoying a tall cool drink watching a spectacular sunset. Beach chair and umbrella services are available during peak seasons for a fee.
Amalfi Coast Resort, built in 2001, is one of the newest luxury condominiums on Scenic Gulf Drive. It is situated on 8.6 beautifully tropical landscaped acres and consists of only five floors. Since the complex is a low-rise made up of only 109 units, the beach and pool areas remain quiet and less crowded than in many other complexes.The resort complex is located on one of the highest elevations in Destin, and as such was safe from the surges of the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005.
Elevator access is provided to all floors as well as complimentary covered parking.
The Resort is conveniently located close to shopping, beachfront dining, water parks, championship golf, amusement parks, parasailing, miniature golf, deep-sea fishing, factory outlet mall, yacht club, jet-skiing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, dolphin cruises, and many more recreational activities.
Want to come by airline and rent a car? Fly directly into Fort Walton Beach (VPS) Okaloosa Regional Airport or nearby Pensacola or Panama City. Or you can be sipping umbrella drinks sitting in the sun within six hours from Atlanta, four hours from Birmingham or New Orleans, and nine hours from Memphis, Nashville or Houston.

Since the owners handle the management, no reservation prcoessing or parking fees are applicable.
Four night minimum stay rquired. Spring Break and Summer Seasons require a minimum stay of seven nights - Saturday to Saturday.
We offer our returning guests a 10% discount on rental rates throughout the year.
Weekly rates are for seven-night stays.
Refundable security deposit of $250 required for all reservations.
Florida sales and tourist development tax of 11% will be added to all rentals.
No additional charges for high-speed internet service.
No smoking allowed in the unit nor on balcony.
No pets.
Maximum of six guests allowed; at least one guest must be 25 years or older.

- Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking is allowed in unit nor on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of any rental payments and security/damage deposit, as well as incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. Beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids had so much room to play and so much to do. We all enjoyed the gorgeous beach, the Gulfarium, and the wave runner dolphin cruise. Everyone had a terrific time. We definitely want to come back again. It's hard to go back to Indiana and Ohio.
