Our condominium is located just steps away from the white sand beaches with private beach access and can often be rented for less than the cost of the local hotels. Rent a condo instead of a hotel room.
Daily beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is complimentary and included in your rental rates for all stays from March 1 through October 31.
This deluxe condominium located on the fourth floor includes almost 1400 square feet of spacious living area and an oversized balcony overlooking the pools, tropical grounds and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has two large bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed. Each bedroom has a roomy full bathroom. The master bedroom is also complete with a large walk-in closet, a view of the Gulf and its own access to the balcony. Two custom built-in bunk beds in the hallway allow the unit to comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The living room features a 46" flat screen HDTV, Blue-Ray/DVD/CD, as well as a separate stereo with CD player. Each bedroom also has its own 32” flat screen HDTV with Blue-Ray/DVD/CD player. The Blue-Ray/DVD/CD players are internet accessible to download movies from online movie rental sites such as Netflix. The TVs feature USB and HDMI connections for IPods, MP3 players and other media. Wi-Fi internet access is available at no extra charge.
The condominium has a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. It also features a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with storage. In addition to central air, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room add extra comfort. Wireless internet access is provided. This unit is SMOKE-FREE and does not allow pets.
Amenities include over 360 feet of private, sugar sand beach, two large pools (one heated for your winter enjoyment) with expanded decks, lounge chairs, and lighted tennis courts. The lush landscaped grounds include palm-lined walkways between the two swimming pools and beach walkover adding to the tropical feel. The private beach access also features a large gazebo just made for a little shade while still enjoying the beach or enjoying a tall cool drink watching a spectacular sunset.
Amalfi Coast Resort is situated on 8.6 beautifully tropical landscaped acres and consists of only five floors. Since the complex is a low-rise made up of only 109 units, the beach and pool areas remain quiet and less crowded than in many other complexes.
Elevator access is provided to all floors as well as complimentary covered parking.
The Resort is conveniently located close to shopping such as Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Bass Pro Shops, beachfront dining, water parks, championship golf courses, amusement parks, parasailing, miniature golf, deep-sea fishing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, dolphin cruises, and many more recreational activities.
Want to come by airline and rent a car? Fly directly into Fort Walton Beach (VPS) Okaloosa Regional Airport or nearby Pensacola or Panama City airports. Or you can be sipping umbrella drinks sitting in the sun within six hours from Atlanta, four hours from Birmingham or New Orleans, and nine hours from Memphis, Nashville or Houston.

RATES LISTED BELOW ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Daily beach service included for all stays from 3/1 to 10/31.
2. Minimum stays of 4-7 nights are required.
3. Weekly rates are for 7-night stays.
4. Refundable security deposit of $250 required.
5. Florida rental tax of 11.5% will be added to all rentals.
6. No additional charges for WI-Fi internet service.
7. No smoking allowed in the unit nor on balcony.
8. No pets.
9. Maximum of six guests allowed; at least one guest must be 25 years or older.
10. Available for long-term rental.

Why the Owner Chose Amalfi Coast Resort
Besides the location and view, Amalfi is a low profile building with only 4 floors of units, which limits the number of people at the resort, in the pool or on the beach as opposed to the high rises that have 20+ floors and just oodles of people, particularly in the summer. The unit is very spacious and has all the comforts and convenience of home.
Beach service is two chairs and one umbrella and is available seasonally, usually from March 1 though October 1.

Beautiful Condo overlooking the gulf and pool

This condo is clean and spacious. Great views overlooking the gulf and the swimming pools. Our young kids especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool during our winter stay. Air temps were in the 60's and the pool was warm enough for our 2 year old. Location is convenient to many excellent restaurants and the outlet mall. We will recommend this location to family and friends.
