The Unique Benefits of this House
Although I was born here, I still take in the view every morning, and snap pictures when I see a nice sunset, clouds on Mount Sunapee, or a Loon passing by. Lots of wildlife and of course the water. I enjoy taking care of the property for renters, and giving the place TLC. Amanda is new to the U.S. and is enjoying the house as well.

This peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence at 26 Fernwood Point South is available by a (minumum) two-week, month or full summer season rental. This house on Fernwood Point, is single floor living with a stunning southwest aspect, and views of Mt. Sunapee, the Loon Island Lighthouse and the main body of Lake Sunapee, with lots of Summer sunlight. Directly on Lake Sunapee with 160 feet of shore frontage, this property has been in the family since the 1950's. There is a floating “U-shaped” dock/boat slip, with the boat space included. The floating dock is anchored to a cement dock with a bathhouse/changing rooms. A level front lawn is 10 feet from the shore.
