This Condo unit is a comfortable 1600 square feet, carpet and Tile throughout and is also newly furnished. Bedrooms are sizable and well removed from main living area. Entrance is on the 2nd level. Elevator is available for use.
Master suite has 27" TV, huge closet, private bathroom with large vanity. Guest bedrooms both have queen beds & dressers. In all, over 1600 square feet of luxury!
This fully furnished St. George/Las Palmas is located in the Green Valley area and will sleep six people comfortably. Master Bedroom room has a 27 inch TV, with Cable. This is better than a hotel! Amenities are a minute away and 11 golf courses are within a 10 minute drive. (Four are championship caliber).
In the living room you'll find 32" TV, cable, and DVD player. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
There is an on-site swimming pool that is "kid friendly" with playground area for kids as well.
Kitchen is fully furnished with cook ware, etc. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoos provided for your convenience. We take care of everything!
