Our Lake Travis Rental is located in Point Venture on the north shore of Lake Travis. Enjoy both decks for a panoramic view of Lake Travis or walk down to the fourth green to enjoy a round of golf. During summer months visit Shades restaurant, floating on the lake, Shades attracts visitors from all over the lake.
The town of Point Venture is a small gated community nestled on a point. Visitors have access to a 50-acre park where you can fish, launch your boat or visit the pool and tennis courts.
Our vacation townhouse has two bedrooms, a living room that opens to the dining area and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. The downstairs deck has a table and chairs for six. Great for eating outside. The upper deck has a fantastic view of the lake and surrounding hill country.

This was so relaxing and a very comfortable place to be. Reality is way better than the pictures. It is remote and very quite. Very family friendly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

A great property, clean and fully equiped. Well taken care off. We have been staying here already 3 times and are coming back again and again. A wonderfull community of Point Venture. Rides to the grocerystores, restaurants or things to-do seem a bit far but is getting used to very quick. Playing golf is just a joy so close and reasonably priced, also many enjoyable courses in the close vicinity are easily accessible.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

My grown daughter longed to go to the Austin City Limits Music Festival. The hotels were booked, expensive, and offered little. Though the drive from Point Venture into Austin was about 1 hour, we loved this spacious and well equipped townhouse. It afforded us a quiet morning and late evening after busy days at the festival. The tame deer that would eat apples from your hand was an experience that was unique. The view was extraordinary and I appreciated the security of a gated community.

Our family of five (with two older teens and a toddler) enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is very open and comfortable. Decks are great for relaxing and to enjoy the breeze after a day on the lake! We will definitely look up this location next time we spend time on the lake.

We had a wonderful stay in Point Venture. The owners could not have been more helpful in organising the rental and making sure we had everything we needed during our vacation. The property itself was beautifully furnished and maintained with excellent amenities both in the house and the surrounding town.

I had a wonderful relaxing time at the townhouse. I really enjoyed the back decks - being about to enjoy the sunset and the breeze off of the golf course and seeing all of the deer both in the evening and the morning, was a real treat!
