Come and enjoy the beautiful sights, play some golf and watch America's favorite pastime in sunny warm Arizona. You'll enjoy the incredibly beautiful morning sunrises over the McDowell Mountains from the living room/kitchen and the balcony.
This beautifully decorated Tuscan influenced Condo is centrally located in North Scottsdale. A unique property with two reserved below ground parking spaces and close to the elevator. It has two bedrooms, two baths plus a Den with sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a four poster queen-size bed, dresser, night stands and TV, with a large walk-in closet. The adjoining master bathroom features a large Roman tub and separate shower, with 36 inch tall vanity and double sinks and private toilet area. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser and night stand and the shower bathroom is just outside the bedroom door.
There's a washer and dryer so there's no need to over pack for your holiday away from home.
The great room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace with built in bookshelves. The seating is soft and comfortable leather couches and easy chair/ottoman. For an extra guest, the Den has a full-size hide-a-bed, TV/VCR and a writing desk for an office away from home.
There's a new round glass dining table with 4 very comfortable fabric covered chairs. You can easily seat 6 people at this table. There's an eat up elevated counter top that is between the kitchen and great room area with 2 iron bar stools.
The kitchen is very beautiful with it's spice colored maple cabinets and thick slab granite counter tops. We have stocked our kitchen for our guest who really enjoy cooking, there are all the pots, pans and cooking utensils that you would have at home. You can also enjoy the beautiful mountain views while you prepare you meals.
The den is set up with a full size hide a bed for extra guest with double closing doors for privacy. There's a desk for your computer and a small TV/VCR along with a ceiling fan for extra comfort.
The covered deck has a table and four chairs to enjoy the comfortable desert climate and enjoy your meals, evening cocktails or look at the beautiful mountains.
This property is beautifully decorated with the warm colors of Tuscany and comfortable furnishings. "Bella Vista" is unique to Arizona with it's underground secured parking garage and elevator.
This property has views of the McDowell Mountains, overlooks the heated pool, spa, waterfall and covered ramada. The beautifully landscaped lighted arroyo has walking paths throughout the development. There are only peaceful views with no view of streets, parking lots or cars! This private community has a well equipped Fitness Center, and Recreation Room with Billiards, and a putting green.
This unit is located on the Penthouse level which has another private Billiards room and Social area for the exclusive use of residents of the penthouse floor. This property is located in one of the most desired locations in North Scottsdale, with any forms of shopping nearby. There's AJ's Specialty Grocery & Deli, Safeway, Wal-Mart and CVS pharmacy that is only two minutes away. We're less than 5 minutes from West World and The Scottsdale Mayo Clinic is approximately 10 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Bella Vista
The views of the mountains & pool, it's close to the 101 freeway, less than 5 minutes from West World, close to shopping and restaurants. The most important reason was the elevator. Then it was the underground parking garage and all the security measures. It also helped that it was Tuscan design that would have beautiful landscaping.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's very quite and relaxing. We especially enjoy that there's an elevator...so we don't have to haul all our luggage up the stairs to the penthouse. It's less than a minute to the grocery store and shopping. We enjoy going to the pool and spa at anytime of day and it's never crowded or noisy.

We lived in Arizona in the 80's and have always enjoyed vacationing in Scottsdale.
We heard friends talking about Bella Vista being built and that each building would have an elevator...which is very uncommon in Arizona.....we had to check it out! Plus it was close to West World where The Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction is held each January, which was important to my husband.
We looked at the first building that was built and they were releasing the 2nd building that weekend. We found one of the prime locations with great views and a floor plan we liked. We picked one of the best locations in the complex on the Penthouse level in Building 24.
We enjoy the beautiful sunrises each morning as it comes up over the McDowell Mountains. We'll sit outside on the patio/deck with a fresh cup of coffee....while we're reading the newspaper. We love the resort feel that this property has. It's very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views.

We have stayed in this beautiful condo during January and February of 2005-2008. It is very comfortably furnished with a southwestern theme, The view of the mountains from the living room is truly gorgeous. This is a gated community with wonderful security. Underground parking with elevator access to the third floor offers a great convenience. The grounds are impeccably cared for with easy accessibility to swimming pools, hot tubs, and bbq grills. Clubhouse with fitness facility is located nearby. Shopping centers with many restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, and banking facilities are just a few blocks away. The owners take a personal interest in every tenant and go out of their way to accomodate your needs. When we were concerned about the ability to tape a variety of TV programs, they installed a TIVO system for us. We have been coming to Arizona for the winter for the past ten years, and this unit is by far the greatest accomodation that we have ever had.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This condo is beautifully appointed, extremely clean and up-to-date in a perfect location. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! The owner was fabulous to deal with, and was helpful in suggesting places to see, but we mostly hung around the beautiful pool and cooked out at the convenient bbq on site. Most relaxing vacation I've had.

So many good things you can't find in the usual rental. Big in the list us the underground parking and elevator. Love the Arizona sun but my car does not. Breathtaking grounds and a very comfortable pool area. The unit has everything and immediately becomes home as soon as you unpack in the spacious master closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and you will the next one to write a review about this slice of heaven in Scottsdale.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday with our 2 childern and loved it! My parents were vacating in Arizona and we needed a place big enough for our family. It was like staying at a resort with all the comforts of home. Our childern loved the swimming pool and hot tub, especially after hiking. It's a great place to stay and the only one with an elevator.

This is a wonderful and unique Condominium for Arizona. Bella Vista was the only property that offered underground parking, security gates and elevators! It has views of the swimming pool, waterfalls and the McDowell Mountains. Our unit has been decorated in a Tuscan theme, designed to be warm and welcoming. It's a great place to stay if your getting away for the winter months, a vacation or an extended working trip, this is what your looking for.
