Three year old lakefront raised beach house, 200 yards to ocean. A short walk from recreation building, swimming pool and beach.

Two bedroom, two bath home that is furnished with two queen beds and a full sleeper sofa, two full baths and an outside enclosed shower with hot and cold running water. Dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV in den and both bedrooms. A DVD player and VCR are also provided for your use and enjoyment. A large covered porch allows for a great lake view and a view of the ocean. Large covered ground level deck with picnic table, charcoal grill is furnished for your lakeside picnic or an afternoon of fishing or relaxation.

Ocean Lakes features include: Activities for all ages, arcade, beachfront basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, one mile of private beach with lifeguards, biking, bingo, weekly church services, concerts, discounts to local golf and attractions, freshwater and saltwater fishing, general store, golf cart rentals, horseshoes, meeting rooms, miniature golf, nature center, indoor and outdoor pools w/ daily activities during the peak season (kids and adults), kids' pool, recreation hall, shuffleboard, snack bar, 24-hour security w/ guards patrolling grounds, volleyball, ten mile-per-hour speed limit. Ocean Lakes is a beautiful community that puts the family first.

Local attractions include: Over 100 golf courses, nightly entertainment at the many shows and music theatres throughout the Grand Strand(The Palace Theater, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Alabama Theater, and the newest location of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville), water parks, and great shopping.

Spring Rates-03/21/09-05/01/09)-$1100/week-$200/night-two night minimum
Fall Rates-(09/12/09-11/27/09)-$900/week-$175/night-two night minimum
Winter Rates-(11/28/09-03/19/09)-$700/week-$150/night-two night minimum
A $300 security deposit is required in addition to the above rates.

House is right on the lake so your guys can fish and the house is VERY CLEAN and well stocked with everything you need...Pots and pans, plastic ware, plenty of silverware, gadgets, and dishes.   • We just returned from Ocean Lakes last night!!! We already miss the good times. We loved the house. It was perrfect for us. I wasn't sure about staying on the lake, but we have decided that location is the BEST. We plan on returning next year. THis was the best vacation ever!!!
