This convenient condominium was remodeled Summer 2006 with new paint, carpeting, furniture, bedding, microwave, washer & dryer, slate tile entry and kitchen floor. We have recently added wireless high-speed internet service. It is furnished throughout and is the Owner's second home. It is located at the base of "The Canyons Ski Resort."
The condo is adjacent to the Canyons Resort Cabriolet lift and across the street from the Canyons Resort shuttle bus stop. The free Park City Shuttle stop is at the end of the street. Shuttle service from the Salt Lake City Airport is available.
The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to and open to the living room. The cozy gas-log fireplace is perfect to come home to after a day on the slopes. For the comfort of our guests, this is a non-smoking, no pet accommodation.
Across the parking lot is our Club House which is quiet, well maintained and secured. It features two full-size pools (one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts and laundry facilities. The Canyons Ski Resort is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Park City is three miles away with many restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. |
