This convenient condominium was remodeled Summer 2006 with new stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, slate tile entry and kitchen floor, plus new living room and bedroom furniture and beds. Secure wireless high-speed internet service is available amd included in your rent. It is furnished throughout and is the Owner's second home. It is located at the base of "The Canyons Ski Resort."

The condo is adjacent to the Canyons Resort Cabriolet lift and across the street from the Canyons Resort shuttle bus stop. The free Park City Shuttle stop is at the end of the street. Shuttle service from the Salt Lake City Airport is available. Renting a car is not manditory.

The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to and open to the living room. The cozy gas-log fireplace is perfect to come home to after a day on the slopes. For the comfort of our guests, this is a non-smoking, no pet accommodation.

Across the parking lot is our Club House which is quiet, well maintained and secured. It features two full-size pools (one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, ourdoor and indoor jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts and laundry facilities. The Canyons Ski Resort is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Park City is three miles away with many restaurants, nightclubs and shopping.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Every summer we spend two weeks working on the condo. We have painted every wall, carpeted, installed slate tiled in the kitchen, and updated the furnishings and appliances. We work every morning and reward ourselves with hiking, biking, or golf in the afternoons. We try to make it to the free concerts at The Canyons Resort and the lovely Deer Valley concerts on the weekend.

We enjoy hosting our family and friends for ski trips in the winter. With 3 Park City resorts to choose from, you never get bored. Our guests have their own suites upstairs and we stay in the master suite downstairs.Because the kitchen is so complete and the floor plan is open, we spend most ski season evenings cooking and entertaining at home.

The big WOW factor, of course, is the "as-advertised" best snow on earth that you find in Utah: light, dry, and fluffy. It sure beats the icy conditions in the East and the Sierra cement in California.

We plan to enjoy Park City and our condo for the rest of our lives. We hope you do too!

We are on a two year assignment working with the U.S. Public Health Service in Northeastern Arizona. This makes traveling to our Park City Condo a 5 hour drive!

    • I just wanted to take a moment to provide an unsolicited testimonial for P-6 condo in Red Pine at The Canyons. Things couldn’t have gone better from the first email last July inquiring about renting the unit through the last day of the rental period. The amount of the initial deposit/retainer was even reduced by Gail because of the length of time our money would be tied up. A three page attachment was emailed to me that pretty much answered all the questions I could have possibly come up with about not only the unit, but the Park City and Salt Lake City area as well. It included detailed directions to Park City from the airport and even included a little reminder to bring a small flashlight if we were arriving after dark because the lockbox was not in a well lighted position. NOTHING went wrong or was misrepresented. Everything was AS ADVERTISED. The accommodations were great, many condiments were in the pantry and everything we needed was provided. Location is great…especially the fact that P-6 is about a two or three minute walk from the two pools, children’s pool, hot tub and sauna. What a great place and it sleeps six comfortably (more if you're friendly)and has two bathrooms. Great view to wake up to or sit out on the balcony and take in with your morning coffee. If it sounds like I’m being paid to write this…I’m not. My wife and I are just overwhelmed at how well things have gone and look forward to returning. We wouldn't think of looking anyplace else.
