***CALL: 269-382-9222***AVAILABLE SUMMER 2012*** Welcome to "Pineapple Grove!" This large four bedroom bi-level home was recently renovated. This lovely home will accommodate 2 to 14 persons. This is the perfect family vacation retreat. You'll feel like you've found "a home away from home." When you enter this home, you'll know you made the right choice for your family vacation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The well-appointed dining room has seating for ten at the Amish-made harvest table, and also includes a large couch for more casual seating. The large adjoining kitchen will accommodate an additional four diners; and offers easy access to a small deck, a large patio, and the back yard (Seating outside for 14). Each of the three upper level bedrooms will accommodate two adults(one bedroom has a walk in closet); these bedrooms share the upper level full bathroom. There are two queens and one full bed upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a 19 "television with a DVD player.
The fourth bedroom is in the lower level. This bedroom is huge, and easily accommodates two full sized beds; it also offers a 19" television with a dvd player. This room has private access to the lower level full bathroom. The large recreation room is also located in the lower level; this room includes an awesome fireplace, a 32" Television with cable/satellite TV, a DVD player, a full component stereo system with turntable, plus a daybed/trundle bed (two twins). A generous selection of dvd movies, and records are also available for your use.
Bring your own linens for beds & baths. Kitchen linens are provided. Washer & Dryer provided for your personal use.
The lovely backyard has a picnic table, large patio with adequate seating (patio table for four/umbrella & adarondeck seating for four). It is the perfect yard for the children to play, a family barbecue, or nice casual visit with friends. This is the yard you have always dreamed of. A charcoal grill is provided for your use. The backyard also has a fire pit for smores, hot dogs, and roasting marshmallows. Enjoy making fabulous memories for your 2011 family vacation.
Enjoy endless walks on the shores of Lake Michigan, and perfect sunsets from wonderful 1600 feet of private sandy beach. This beach has easy access; walking distance or short drive directly to beach access (no stairs). Fires are allowed on the south end of this private beach, so bring coolers and roasting sticks for smores.
Association tennis courts are also available.
This is a wonderful getaway any time of the year.

- Located 5 minutes from Downtown South Haven and 10 minutes from Saugatuck. The most desireable location in the area. Earl's Berry Farm is just a few minutes away to enjoy picking whatever fruit is in season, fresh vegetable market, bakery & ice cream. Three golf courses are very close by. South Haven is known for its' art fairs and outdoor concerts all summer long. Outstanding fireworks on the Fourth of July! Blueberry Festival and Harvest Fest are among the top festivals. Holland is just 20 minutes away and is a great day trip.
