Our unit has a large comfortable master bedroom plus a very comfortable separate sleeping den across from the second bathroom. Our spacious condo is perfect for you to relax and enjoy paradise! Also, our kitchen is fully furnished with modern equipment, dishware, utensils and flatware for all your cooking and dining needs, and we offer FREE INTERNET CONNECTION including WiFi for your laptop so you can even connect on the lanai! Many other Condo owners or management companies charge up to $8 per day or $40 per week for their internet connections, which may not even include the convenience of WiFi. This is still another amenity that adds to the value of our condo rental and your enjoyment of your vacation.
Our prices are extremely competitive and if you stay for 7+nights in low season or 14+nights in high season, our prices include departure cleaning (a $100 value)! Our Luxury Condo is centrally located between the two swimming pools in the sought after Maui Kamaole Complex in South Kihei near the Wailea border. Maui Kamaole offers peaceful privacy in a quiet and beautiful tropically landscaped setting on over 23 acres, and is across the road from the beautiful Kamaole III Beach and park, and you can see the ocean from our lanai. Also, nearby are several of the other high rated Maui beaches.
This large (1039 square feet plus a large back lanai and front courtyard) ground Floor den unit is much larger in the living area as well as sleeping areas than 1bdrm/2bths units without a den and about the same size as many upstairs two bedroom unit without having to climb stairs. Up to four guests can sleep in the two large beds, plus we also have a queen size sofa bed!
Our Non-Smoking Condo is tastefully decorated with Hawaiian style furnishings and artwork throughout, and is completely furnished for all your needs while relaxing on Maui including beach towels and chairs, along with other extras. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a lovely private attached courtyard. The large Master Bath has two sinks and a tub/shower with a roomy 'hotel shower curtain' bar, . The small Den does not have a window, but has a queen bed and is located directly across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with a shower stall. It works well for a second couple or children. In addition, we have a queen size sofa bed in the living room. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
There is a TV with DVD & VCR in the Living Room, along with a Stereo and CD changer. There is also a TV with DVD & VCR in the Master Bedroom. We have stocked some books, tapes, DVD's and CD's for our guests. This is the perfect place to lay back, relax and enjoy the Aloha spirit for individuals, couples and families, while being nearby all the activities that make Maui famous!
Another major plus is we live on Maui and can help make sure all your needs are met, and in addition we also retain an excellent management company (5star) who pride themselves on customer service and are readily available to help out in case you have additional needs! This is an extra bonus that not all owner direct rental condos offer. Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
After spending a long time researching all the condo complexes on Maui, we narrowed our list of favorite condos complexes to just a few based on a set of 12 criteria (I was an engineer after all). We then watched the listings until what we felt was the ideal unit for us came up for sale.
Maui Kamaole is one of the most recently constructed, low density and beautifully landscaped complexes in South Maui. South Maui is known for its beautiful beaches and low annual rainfall, so it is less likely that your vacation will be rained on than any other Maui location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The Maui Kamaole complex has two pools, and we are located in the middle of the complex and only a short walk to the tropical pool which has a small water fall and a sand bottom spa. From our condo it is about a 5 minute walk to Kamaole III Beach Park, one of the favorites for the local families. Since our condo was in the last cluster built in 2000, we have all the newest and best features of the complex. Also, since we live on the island and in addition we employ a professional property manager, between us we are available to help out with your vacation wants and needs.

Susie and I worked in the San Francisco Bay area for over 3 decades. We purchased our Maui Kamaole condo so we could have a place we love on the best island in the world! After many visits, we decided we loved it here so much that we purchased a house and retired here in 2005. Therefore, we now have our beloved condo available to rent out to vacationers who wish to experience all Maui can offer for relaxation and its many fun activities.

October 20, 2009 Aloha, Phil and Susie We have had a wonderful three weeks here, made even better by the stay in your lovely condo. This is our fifth visit to Maui and it never loses it's beauty; the people, the beaches, the overall sense of Aloha wherever you go! We were here to celebrate the 35th anniversary of my cousin and her husband. In two years we plan to return with them to celebrate our 35th. If your condo is available, we would love to return! (Second comment - ) This is our third trip to Maui and it just keeps getting better. Special "finds" this time are: Mama's Fish House in Paia - best dinner on Maui. In Makawao we discovered Sherri Reeves Studio - her work is excellent - and down the side alley next to her studio is a lovely cafe' run by Claire - best lunch on Maui. Mahalo, Phil and Susie, We have had a wonderful vacation staying in your wonderful home. Our trip has been everything we expected and much, much more. We have gone snorkeling everyday and we went out with Maui Magic to gosnuba. what a great experience that was!! The beaches are beautiful and full of beautiful fish and turtles. The people have all been friendly and watch over our things as we do for them. The Spa Grande was the best spa experience. There are 5 theraputic baths to soak in before your treatment. If you go, arrive at least one hour early so you can take advantage. Their lomi lomi massage is a very special local treatment - a must try. The flowers on the grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is a full time job! We have also enjoyed the birds every morning. We even named them Lolo and Big. The wine tour was great, and I love the pineapple wine, very tasty. The views are amazing of the country down below. It is very green up there and cooler. Be sure to wear your sunscreen so you can enjoy your trip. Thank you. Lee, Kathy and Michelle

Dear Phil and Susie, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We loved the decor, it just induces the entire vacation experience. We loved spending a week on your beautiful island, except it just wasn't long enough. We will definitely have to return to stay in your lovely condo, spend more time on the beach, and to visit more sights. We did go snorkeling at Molokini, did the luau at the Marriott, visited a few different beaches (Charley Young was a favorite), went to the Maui Ocean Center, ziplined, did the road to Hana, as well as visiting your retail establishments of Costco, Wal-mart, and K-mart :) We ate dinner at Cafe O'Lei - the food was wonderful!! We are so thankful that you are gracious enough to let people rent your condo. It is so lovely, a home away from home. We took a walking tour of the grounds, the flora is exceptional! Thank you again for your hospitality! The one thing we didn't like is that our parking pass for our visitor car was lost, and we had to pay another $36 for a piece of paper, while a lost key is only $10. This is a little extreme. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful condo. Me and my best friend had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery and wonderful beaches. Molokini, Lahaina the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, and ziplining off Haleakala were a few sites and adventures we experienced. The Oceans Bar and Grill was a great club/bar for nightlife in Maui. We had a great holiday and the condo was very comfortable, and met out needs. The complex is beautiful, and we loved our routine of spending the morning at the beach and afternoons at the pool. The Aquarium, whale watching, snorkeling (seeing sea turtles!) and a trip to Lahaina added to the fun. Maui is amazing, and our family group of 12 will definitely be back! Thank you. Phil and Susie, Thank you for the use of your wonderful condo. We are here with a family group of 34! We ejoyed both pools, BBQs for suppers, and lots of fun here at Maui Kamaole! My husband went scuba diving, and I went snorkeling. Nana and Papa watched our son Matthew while we had some Mommy and Daddy time. Having Grandparents, Aunties and Uncles around made for a great holiday! We enjoyed a few restaurants, but mostly ate here. Fred's was our favorite - great with kids. Really enjoyed our New Year's Eve with all 34 of us at Buzz's Wharf. Fabulous seafood and steak dinners. we also enjoyed a great lunch at Buzz's after our awesome whale watching trip with the Pacific Whale Foundation. Thanks Phil, for letting us know about them. We took our two year old son with us and he did great. Another great trip was up to Haleakala. Unfortunately, we didn't see the crater because the clouds were thick, but the drive was well worth it as we drove home via Paia. We didn't have great weather for all of the two weeks, but made the best of the beautiful days. Afterall, we are in Maui. I can't forget the Aquarium. Our son loved all of the sea creatures!!
