Set in the picturesque nature of the Smokey Mountains, this beautiful and spacious new 7 bedroom, 4 bath cabin is a vacation haven. It is awesome whether you visit in the spring when dogwoods bloom beautifully, in summer when breezes blow refreshingly, in fall when foliage colors change spectacularly, or in winter when pristine snow decorates charmingly.
As you lounge in the outdoor hot tub, or sit by the fireplace looking out the large windows, you might occasionally see nature's own entertainment as deer, rabbits, turkeys, bobcats, squirrels, birds, or even bears pass through your scenic view. You can also sit out on the covered front deck in a rocking chair and enjoy the cool breese. There may be a bear cub eating apples in the large front yard. Just one mile from Gatlinburg main street, there's plenty to do and always something for everyone. Nature's Haven is also within walking distance of Roaring Fork Creek, where you can fish, or even wade in the chilly cold water. So escape life's worries with a vacation stay at Nature's Haven in the Great Smokey Mountains.
One the first level (game room level), there are 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. One king bedroom also has a large futon and adjoining bath. In the game room there is is one queen hidabed sofa and a bathroom off the game room. The hot tub is located outside on this level. On the next level (main level), there is the master king bedroom with adjoining bathroom and whirlpool bath. There are also 2 queen bedrooms along with one bathroom. There is also the kitchen and dining area on this level along with the living room. There are actually 3 dining tables which can accomodate all the guests in the cabin. In the living room there are two full sofas and one recliner. The next level consists of the loft bedroom which has 2 twin beds and one queen futon. The cabin sleeps 20 people. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with icemaker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, over the stove microwave, can opener stove, and dishwasher. Living room has ceiling fans and large windows to enjoy the view as do the bedrooms. The large rear deck has a table and chairs and a very large gas grill.
We actually own and manage our cabin, so our rates are very reasonalble and competive, please see rates in another section. Cabin is a spacious 3800 Square Feet, so there is plenty of room to relax, and the kids can play in the downstairs gameroom. There is also an extra dining table in this room.
The View outside the cabin is great! You are halfway up a mountain, but not to worry, the cabin is easy to get to with paved roads and driveway. It sits on solid ground, not hanging over a cliff like some of the cabins in the area. There is even a large front yard for the kids to play in and when it snows they can slide in the yard. Nature's Haven is located only 5 minutes from Food City and about 10 minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Slope. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood is only 6 miles away. It takes about 3 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg.
Behind this cabin is part of the Great Smokey Mountain Park, so it is not unusual to see varios wildlife around the cabin, but Please do not feed the Bears. You must keep the trash bins locked, the animals are bad to pilfer! This is a great place to spend your vacation in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Read less

This was a wonderful place to stay with a view of the mountains right out the door. We actually saw deer in the front yard. Wildlife is all around. It is literally about a mile to the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. My favorite part about the cabin was the spacious kitchen and gathering room it had. When I go back I will definitely be staying there. The price was very fair as well.

I found this cabin to work out great. The cost was split between two families, so the value was outstanding. It was also located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Also, the management team was very helpful with our reservation

We enjoyed our stay. Cabin is located right downtown, yet backs up to wilderness. You can hike right out of your back porch. We had turkeys and deer in the yard around the cabin, it was very neat. Great place to stay.

We loved it!! Guest: cake lady (Cincinnati, Ohio, USA ) Date of Stay: August 10, 2009 Review Submitted: August 17, 2009 My family just returned from our stay at Nature's Haven. It was beautiful and big enough for all of us to have space. The loft area was perfect for the kids. It was like they had their own little clubhouse. We really liked the fact that it was close to downtown Gatlinburg and yet, still maintained the mountain experience without all of the narrow curvy roads. We also enjoyed seeing the wild turkey family, lizards, and our daily bear sightings. We will definitely return! Glenn provided excellent cusomer service and helpful information. I have already told others that they should stay here when they come. Owner response: Hi Miss Cake Lady, We really appreciate the good review, your group was great to work with and I hope you come back soon to see us, you also left the cabin as it should have been left. Thanks. Glenn

My family and I were fortunate enough to take a trip to Gatlinburg and we stayed at a cabin named Natures Haven. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all the ammenities that were advertised and more. The beauty of nature was all around us, and yet we could have Papa John's deliver pizza in twenty minutes if they weren't too busy. We had a large group and it was wonderful listening to everyone during the day and night just having fun. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked many of the meals at the cabin. Will we visit this cabin again, YES.

Recently, my family and I spent several days at Natures Haven, a cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially liked the covered deck. One day several of us were sitting on the deck. We saw three turkeys coming out of the woods. We got quiet so as not to scare them off, and then along came nine more. We were amazed that they would get so close to us. Even though we were able to view the turkeys from the deck, we were only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We liked that, too. We had a large group with us and everyone had a great time. It is a vacation we will long remember. Charlotte

Rented Nature's Haven Cabin for the best part of the week. This place is spectacular. Exactly as described and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was great, the jacuzzi was wonderful, beds were huge, comfy and clean. Nice gas fireplace in the living room. Full kitchen, everything worked and they had everything we could have ever needed. We even got to see a mamma bear and three cubs right in the driveway. The view from the front porch is absolutely spectacular!! The area itself is awesome as well. If you like to park and walk while shopping, Gatlinburg is the place for you. If you don't mind driving store to store, Pigeon Forge is the place to go. Most of the attractions, i.e. The Titanic, Wonderworks and Speed Racing are in Pigeon Forge but a lot to see in Gatlinburg also. Oh, and we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp, highly recommended. Took a couple chair lifts to the top of a mountain, very relaxing and awesome view. Also the gondola to the Alpine Slide and took the slide down. This was mom and 4 of the girls on a getaway and was one of the best trips we ever took. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
