Be a guest in our bright and open, two bedroom, two bath plus loft townhouse located within an easy walk (2/10 of a mile without walking on the road) to the ski slopes, tubing park, the Mountain Inn, and 2 restaurants. It is a short drive to beautiful Devil's Knob Golf course, tennis facility, and the Wintergarden Spa. Our unit has secure WI-FI.
Since our professionally decorated unit is located at the end of the first White Oak drive; it offers a quiet, nature-filled, wooded view from the first floor deck and the lower level patio. A perfect place to walk your approved family pet (Sorry, due to a family allergy, we can not allow cats). This is a three-level, NON-SMOKING unit that sleeps six. ANY SMOKING IN THE UNIT will result in the forfeiture of the complete security deposit.
The unit has many upgrades which includes new sliding glass doors, a new Kitchen, fresh updated bathrooms, new air conditioning on the main floor, plus the addition of an electric fireplace in the lower level master suite.
The THREE sleeping areas are all on different floors in the unit. There is a king bed in the lower bedroom suite, a queen bed in the main floor bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the loft. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a range that has an indoor grill. Full laundry is on the lower level. The Great Room and all bedrooms have TVs with DVD set-ups and Satellite TV. The loft TV which has DVD/VCR set up allows the kids to watch videos or bring their own video game system. The unit is equipped with a selection of board games, video movies, and cartoons... for the kid in us all. Only a few steps outside the unit is where the fireplace wood is located.
Be advised that there are outdoor stairs from the parking lot to the unit.
Unit check in is at 3:00 PM on the first day of occupancy.
Unit check out is at 11:00 AM the morning after the last night of occupancy.
General Cancellation Policy:
25 days or more of lease date – full refunded.
14-25 days – 75% refund
7- 13 days – 50% refund
Less than 7 days - 25% refund
SKI SEASON RESERVATIONS - CANCELLATIONS - once a lease is fully executed, the security or reservation deposit will not be refunded. Other rental fees will be refunded based on the schedule above.

- During ski season, Wintergreen Ski Shuttle is available by calling the Transportation Office. As we are WPI members, our renters have access to the use of the Wintergarden and Lake Monocan. Daily rates do apply, if applicable. Also, advanced tee times can be made for the Devil's Knob golf course and indoor tennis times. WPI members are no longer able to offer renters discounts on Ski Lift tickets.

Location, location, location! This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with elementary school children. Everything was clean and in working condition and the owners were helpful with tips. Plenty of room for six when my nephew and brother-in-law came down to ski two days and spend the night. Master suite was a nice surprise. It gave us the feel of a romantic & private get-a-way even with children! We parked the car & walked everywhere for all our snow activities. We had a wonderful mini vacation! The description of the condo was accurate. Would recommend this condo to others!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Many details have been given to make this place special and make your guests feel at home and comfortable. The unit was well maintained and extremely clean. The owner was so easy to work with and went over and above to accomodate us, which was very much appreciated!!! Thanks for making a home away from home where all can feel totally comfortable. Only regret was that our trip was too short! Thanks again!

This is a lovely townhome. Very comfortable and warmly decorated. Owners provide alot of information about the area, attractions and things to do. Charlottesville is only 45 minutes away and a nice drive. The townhome is in a great area. Couple of good restaurants just down the mountain in Nellysford--owners gave helpful info about the restaurants and grocery stores too.

What a lovely place to spend time in the mountains! The condo was spotless and just as described. The owners made coming in after a day of travel feel just like coming home. The location was great with lots to do within close distance. We had a great time! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.
