Almenara is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico beaches. It's location is very private and quiet with private pool and @ 100 yards of sugar sand from the home to the Gulf water. Leisurely walks on the white sand beaches w/miles of residential property in north and south directions. There are many very good restaurants within a 10 mile radius. There are many attractions in Clearwater Beach and other beach towns along the central west coast. There are numerous golf courses (both public and private), fishing guides and boats of all sizes available. Excellent paddle boarding, kite surfing, and sail boarding in bays behind the property. There are professional sports arenas in nearby Tampa and in St. Petersburg. Bush Gardens in Tampa is about 1 hr. drive. Lots of bird and sea life watching.
