This newly remodeled single story villa located in the hills of Cardiff and only minutes away from the beach, boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its unique décor. The master suite, has a California-king bed which boasts a wrought-iron bed frame with matching bed stands, and includes a walk-in cedar lined closet, and Spanish artwork including talevera pots. Entering the mater bathroom, glass block windows and the dual shower with a tub makes every trip a great one!
Walk through the arched hallway to your two other bedrooms off to one side and a huge gourmet kitchen on the other. Both of these two bedrooms are spacious, individually decorated. Both of these rooms have queen size beds, one is a pull out sofa. The third bedroom also has one twin size bed. The third bedroom has a business center for all of your internet needs. We also have availability to connect by laptop through our USB cables found throughout the house!
The fourth bedroom is located in our Guest house which is approximately. 100 yards to the main house. This Guest house is approximately 1,000 square feet and is fully furnished as a normal one bedroom. The Guest house includes a gourmet kitchen, along with a pull out sofa-bed for an additional 5th Bed! Along with the kitchen, this house offers a big screen Television with satellite, walk-in closet, full kitchen, full Bathroom, and has an open floor plan for extra space!This is a separate house perfect for a second family or children!
The open floor plan leads you from the Porte-Cache car port entry into the sun-filled living room. Relax and watch the 46” wide screen HDTV television with Satellite programming and a gas fireplace. Enjoy playing a game; test your skills with our backgammon/ chess game table. Walking from the game room, you find the authentic Mexican dining room table with a matching chandelier. Past the table, walk into a full gourmet kitchen including the best gas stove/oven and built-in refrigerator from Thermador. Completely furnished kitchen and all linens are included in the rental fee.
In the round breakfast nook off the kitchen, notice the designer wrought iron breakfast table and chairs with stain glass inlays. A sit-down view from the breakfast nook includes a putting green, designer pool with waterfalls, waterslide, and a Jacuzzi that are all operated by a panel in the kitchen. The interior of the home and entire yard are wired for surround sound.
While listening to your favorite music outside, relax and sip wine while soaking up the sun on our chaise lounge’s around the pool. Have a golf tee-time, practice your putts on our 9-hole putting green. Feeling hungry, our built-in gas BBQ island and patio furniture allow easy access to enjoy a meal outdoors! Below the pool, children can enjoy playing in the sandbox with a full jungle-gym set. Beyond the sandbox, walk down to shoot some hoops on a full sport's court to accommodate basketball and volleyball and tennis.
