Great rental house

The rental house was clean and well maintained. There were a couple minor items like the garabage disposal not working correctly and the coffee maker not clean enough to use. The house was ideal for a large number of people and the location was great! We enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the lake from the front window and being close to Duluth.

We vacation with our adult children and grandchildren a few times each year. All of us love the Duluth area and found a great place out on Park Point. Large glass windows across the back of this beach house display the most beautiful views of Lake Superior. My grandkids had the run of the beach & flew kites. We had bonfires at night and were even visited by a herd of deer (4 does & 1 buck) running over the sand dunes along the lake. It was quite magical. Canal Street, with shopping and great restaurants is just a mile down the road. We hit a cool week in Duluth so took advantage of the fireplace in the house also. The house is quite comfortable and with four bedrooms, everyone had their own space and privacy. We want to experience it in winter also and would definitely rank it as one of our favorite summer spots.

We had a wonderful time. The proximity to canal park was perfect but we still felt out on our own at the beach. We are alreay talking about a return trip next year. We ended up with seven people coming and had plenty of room. R. Kleber

I wanted to take a few minutes before I leave your lovely home on Minnesota Ave in Duluth. The view out the windows of the lake this morning is so fantastic!! Once again this year my siblings and I had a really fantastic time here. Your home is comfortable and has most anything we need. Your new screen door is great, as is the new table and chairs. We were glad to see the new air-conditioner in the living room as the weather has been hot while we stayed here. This is a really great place to stay! Thanks so much. L. Lensing

We were in town for my sister's wedding. My family came from CT, my sister-in-laws family came from Chicago and my parents came from IA. We had enough room for everyone! It was so nice and clean. We had 2 four year olds and a two year old. It was nice enough that we didn't have to worry about danger spots with the kids. And the location is GREAT!!! The access to the beach was wonderful. The kids went swimming two or three days. And we were less than a mile from the Canal area. Part of the group even walked there with kids one day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the area for a get away. GREAT location!!! Beautiful sunrise!!!
