All week long you will be glad you are staying in this awesome house. Large private tree lined corner property.
On your way back from the beach you will be excited to return to the cozy, fun, relaxed and spacious home.
Pick from one of 3 TV areas, or the large sitting room adjacent to the dinning room. The kids will be in the GAME ROOM or outside you will never hear “we are bored” at this house. In fact to insure that let the kids bring a friend or bring along another family because this beach home has the space to spread out.
Now the key to another great day and a great fun week is a good nights rest. The beds are all new. Best of all…. the beds intended for the adults are king and queen beds, not those tiny “full size beds”.
The children bedrooms have a bunk bed in one and twins in the other. The result is a great week because everybody gets a good night sleep. We also took the last step and insured a good night sleep by installing air conditioning in every room in case you are there during one of those hot weeks, which do happen no doubt. Not in this house – you can keep it cool at all times!
One King, 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 pull out sofa, 2 other sofa's and two futons give you a total sleeping capacity of 14.
The first floor has a full bath with a shower and a powder room with sink and toilet off of the bunk bed room. The second floor has a full bath with a tub. There is also a shower in the basement. During the off season of 2006/2007 we replaced all the carpeting and put in a new bathroom floor upstairs. In October 2007 we put in a new kitchen floor.
Need soda or milk? That’s a short 3-minute walk. Want to forget the cooking and just grab a burger? Walk there too! After dinner spend the evening hours in down town Cape May playing miniature golf, shopping and eating ice cream or stay home and play board games or watch a movie. We even added 20 new games for the summer of 2009 and there are 20 popular movies to pick from also.
We raised 4 kids and rented homes at the shore for years before we set this house up for family fun. We know what it takes to keep the peace and have a good time – this place fits that bill!

- Cape May is the best beach town for a fun family week or getaway with your friends. The beach is always a good time in New Jersey but the town of Cape May is far better than the rest of the towns. Just looking at and enjoying the homes is great. Five of Zagots top 10 resturants are in Cape May. Shopping, strolling and eating ice cream in down town Cape May is perfect for a family night out.

Why the Owner Chose Cape May
I wanted a place where family and friends of all ages could have fun. I know we have that at this house!
Many improvements in winter of 2009. Shower added to upstairs bath. All new drywall (paneling gone) new all wood doors, and all new paint.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have a fenced in back yard, a nice cool home with 8 inch thick plaster walls and a variety of different type rooms to relax in and everything is designed by a family that knows what it takes to have a fun week in Cape May. Your family can spread out or be together. There is a TV room, a living room, a dinning room a large game room, a big back yard and upstairs away from everyone is an extremely private master bedroom suite with a King size bed.

I grew up in suburban Philly and as a boy always vacationed at "the shore". I always loved the Jersey shore. Now as a dad of 4 children I wanted them to experience the shore so in 1998 we started going to Cape May every year. During our 2003 rental stay I found the house of my dreams. It needed a lot of work and all new furniture and it had a basement with great potential for a fun game room. We made all these changes and now offer this as a great place for the fun week at the "shore". Better yet it is in Cape May which is the best New Jersey shore town!

We stayed in this house for the first two weeks of August 2010 for a multi-generational family get-together. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. A wonderful time was had by all and the overwhelming consensus was that we will return!
