Privately-owned, ground floor condominium on beautiful Isla del Sol. Just a short drive from Tampa International Airport, one mile from the sands of Saint Pete Beach, and only 90 minutes from Disney.
The condominium is located in a tranquil setting overlooking the golf course and close to the pool and clubhouse. It is extremely comfortable, having been recently re-furnished throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and walk-in closets. If you are not tempted to eat out at one of the area's many excellent restaurants, there is a fully-fitted kitchen and cozy dining area. You can relax after a busy day listening to your favourite CDs or watching a video or DVD on the up-to-date entertainment system.
Any problems can be taken care of quickly by a phone call to the local management company. We regret that pets are not permitted.

Well we are back & well rested from our stay at Isla del Sol. The apartment was great - everything we needed. I know it is a bit early but we would be very interested in renting around the same time next year if you could pencil us in.

We just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed your condo. It was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. You picked a great location by being an end unit, close but not too close to the pool, with a very restful view.

Everything was in fine order. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked just fine. The clocks in the bedrooms and the hairdryer were an appreciated touch. Your kitchen was well stocked with plenty of china and nice, new flatware. We would happily recommend your unit to other people.
