The Condo is situated in a semi-private country club located in Palm Desert. Palm Desert is nestled against the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains and is home to the kind of world class resorts and amenities expected from a premier location.

Near-perfect weather, majestic scenery, numerous events and attractions, as well as sensational shopping and dining lure thousands of visitors annually. The country club has 20 free Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs, a large 13 tennis court tennis facility, 20 pickelball courts, clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pro shop.

Set against spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains, the country club also has a 72 par, championship golf course, which enjoys the splendor of mature trees, lush landscaping and greenbelts.

The unique golf course design features spacious fairways and new enlarged greens. Strategic locations of the many lakes and sand bunkers, as well as a choice of four tee placements on every hole, provides a challenge for both the professional and novice golfer alike. Complete practice facilities are also available.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse, you will find 13 tennis courts and an expansive 1,500-seat stadium court. All courts are lighted for evening use, and the tennis pro shop provides an array of services from lessons to merchandise and rentals, and the ability to help arrange tennis matches for you with other residents, guests and vacationing renters. The rates to play tennis have been very reasonable compared to other tennis facilities in the area, and the pro shop offers great daily, weekly or monthly tennis rates to renters.

A Snack Shop is located next to the tennis courts and near the Club House, and the Oasis Bar & Grill lounge are popular places to relax and enjoy a little refreshment. The Clubhouse offers a wonderful informal dining experience depending on what suits your needs. Whether you are planning a wedding, business meeting, intimate dinner celebration or an after golf gathering, the staff at the Country Club will prepare a unique menu customized to your individual needs.

Nice place

This condo is in a beautiful gated community. Very close to a pool and jacuzzi but there are no bathrooms at the pool. We loved our stay.

Clean & well stocked

Great place for a long weekend with my husband and in laws, plenty of dishes and towels. All was clean and comfortable. The view from the patio was wonderful!

Great stay!

The place is as described. Very clean, great neighborhood, great value, great location close to club house. King bed was very comfortable. Brad was very responsive to all our needs. I would give communication an A +. Highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

The Condo has been renovated with an extended deck to provide a lot of extra room to entertain, spend private time with family, or simply relax or lay out in the sun. Remote controlled motorized awnings make it easy to extend or retract the awnings at the touch of a button when you need shade.

On the deck, you will find a lounge chair, 4 deck chairs and a outdoor table to eat or play games, a barbecue for grilling, and a beautiful view facing the golf course, mountains and afternoon sun. There are an additional dozen light-weight PVC deck chairs stored in the enclosed car garage.

In addition to the fully enclosed secure car garage, we provide a clothes washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, and nice dishware and utensils. .

The Condo is situated on perhaps one of the best locations in the entire country club, and overlooks one of the widest sections of the golf course at the inside of the turn on the 10th fairway. This means you can watch golfers go by from a distance.

If you like privacy, plenty of outdoor deck space to entertain, beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains, and the afternoon sun, this is the place for you.
