This home in Tempe is near Arizona State University (ASU) and the Stadium. The Fiesta Bowl is hosted at ASU's Sundevil Stadium a few minutes away, the Cardinals play here and of course the ASU Sun Devils full season.
Scottsdale, just north off the 101, is the place where you will find even more shopping and world class restaurants. There are also several different movie theaters within a few miles of the home.

Our beautiful home is ideally located just off Country Club Way near the junction of the 101 and 60 Freeways.
This "most convenient location for visitors" in the Valley is just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, five minutes from Arizona State University. Five Minutes from Downtown Mill Avenue where the night action is. Many fine restaurants, university associated performing arts, museums, and of course, "shopping".
Do not miss the Fashion Square Mall, and, of course, Scottsdale is famous for World Class fine dining restaurants.
At this location you are just 18 minutes from downtown Phoenix Including Major league baseball with the Diamondbacks, The hot NBA Suns, The NHL, and, of course, the Heard Museum, a wide variety of theaters and performing arts as well as shopping.
Folks interested in Spring Training will find nearby at Diablo Stadium, the Anaheim Angels. You will also be able to watch the Cubs, Giants, A's, Brewers, Royals, Padres, Mariners or Rangers spring training and games while in the Valley.
There are also several different movie theaters within a few miles of the home.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The second bedroom has a full size bed with unique lighting. The third bedroom features two twin beds.

You are just a few minutes from two local Casinos (just off the freeways), plus Fort McDowell famous casino is just a short drive east of town.
The Grand Canyon is a day trip, four hours away.
If you are into hiking or climbing try Camelback Mountain, or other in town peaks, all a short distance away.
Tubing down the Verde or Salt River is great summer time sport.
There are many golf courses nearby (over 150 in the Valley).
You CAN easily get to the action from here. When you "live here" you are in the center of "what's going on"
