Affordable oceanfront home located on one of the most scenic stretches of the Oregon Coast. The "Searose Beach House" is located just south of the charming seaside village of Yachats in Central Oregon. It is situated on beautiful, sandy Searose Beach along the Pacific Coast Highway.
The smoke-free beach house sleeps fourteen in four bedrooms with two baths and is perfect for family vacations or weekend getaways. The long driveway allows generous parking with an attached garage.
This flat grass covered half acre property provides adequate yard space for large gatherings (weddings, reunions, parties) with the beautiful Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. A few steps down and you are on the ocean's edge enjoying a beautiful sandy beach.
Across the highway lays the Suislaw National Forest. Walk a few blocks south & you can fish for salmon on 10 Mile Creek. Walk a few hundred yards to the east and you will find yourself within a lush rain forest, surrounded by moss covered trees and exotic vegetation.
For years, families have returned annually to enjoy the peaceful and serene environment of the Searose Beach House.

We have 6 children and two small dogs, so finding an affordable place that meets all of our needs is quite a challenge. Searose Beach House was the perfect fit for us. All the beds upstairs was great for the kids. Everyone got their own bed, which was quite a treat for the kids. The home itself is modest but very homey. The living room has multiple places to play games, watch movies or read. We could all be together in the same room each evening as there is ample seating. There are a lot of little touches in the house that made us feel welcome. There were games, books, visitors information and plenty of other amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large family. The large yard that opens out onto the beach was fantastic. There are horseshoes and a fire pit. The sunsets and views from inside and outside of the house were amazing!!! The beach is extraordinary because it's very private. Most of the time, we were the only ones on the beach!! When the tide was out, the tide pools were amazing. A very short walk south on the beach is a river that empties into the ocean. Being much warmer than the ocean, that's where we did most of our swimming. Thank you so much for a lovely, memorable week!!! Your home was the perfect family getaway.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
