Enjoy spectacular views from every room of our 2000sq.ft. oceanfront penthouse. Villa Natalia is on the third floor and offers one of the best beach, barrier reef, and ocean views on the island. Ours is one of only nine units in the Tranquility Beach Club, so privacy, relaxation, and secluded beaches are yours.
The tiled floor and high vaulted ceilings give our home an airy, spacious feel. Our furnishings have been carefully selected from around the world. The central air-conditioning keeps the entire space cool, or open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances. The dining room seats eight, or step through the French doors and dine al-fresco on the covered veranda in front of the sea. There are three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms - one master with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a third with a queen. All three with breathtaking views. The sofa has a pop-up double bed.
The landscaped grounds include a large fresh water swimming pool just steps from the beach. The tiled pool area is appointed with teak lounge chairs. The pier extends 350 feet into the sea, which makes a convenient pick up spot for water taxis and charters, or to slip in the water for an easy afternoon swim and snorkel.
We are located South of San Pedro, giving you easy access into town by bicycle (four provided), golf cart, taxi or water taxi. A small market is located across the road, great for groceries and necessities. They also serve breakfast and lunch. |
