  WE HAD A FABULOUS TIME in Beaver Creek!Your condo MOST CERTAINLY added to our fun with a "great place to come home to!" The Charter staff were always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and the condo accomodations with hotel amenities worked beautifully for us. We enjoyed the on-property restaurant, the health club, and Charter Sports being right down the hallway(ski equip rental). With 6" of new snow (in April!!,)we had great skiing and even went snowmobiling too! Your condo is exactly what we think a Colorado Mountain property should be -- comfortable, warm and cozy; yet refined and elegant. Admittedly, I am very difficult to please when it comes to accommodations for my family, but your property IS everything you stated and more. We were not ready to leave when Friday arrived -- it was one of our most memorable vacations....thank you all very much for such a lovely place to stay.

  The Condo exceeded our expecations on every level- updated with the best and very comfortable. Well appointed and the wrtie up was accurate...We enjoyed the Charter and the backdoor access to the ski runs....truly ski in/ski out. We are looking forward to the next trip.

  Loved The Charter and this condo was perfect! Felt just like home. If we return next Christmas would love to stay here again. We loved the staff at the Black Diamond Grill. Thank you Curt for sharing your vacation home!

  The views from all windows were incredible, and everyone at The Charter is so helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back next year! The condo itself was fully stocked with everything I needed. So much fun.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

  The place was nicely remodeled. Wood floors, stone, travertine, granite. The condo has 2 beds, a sofa, love seat and a nice leather lazy-boy. Sofas and bedding were very nice (thick pillow, not feather nor down and the mattress is basic). The lazy-boy chair was very comfy and positioned to enjoy the view of the outside. The view is one of the best in the complex. Very private, very nice view of the garden and mountainside. Never felt like anyone could see into our room from the windows. If you need the concierge service ( to go to the market), make sure you contact the owner's concierge, not the Charter's service.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This condo is wonderful in every way! It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The location within the building could not be better (steps from the lobby, restaurants, pool, on-site sports shop.) The owner and Charter staff are very friendly and helpful; as is everyone in Beaver Creek. The view of the mountain is gorgeous. Beaver Creek Village is a short walk or shuttle ride away. We would definately recommend to friends or relatives. We are looking forward to staying here again for our next ski vacation!

  We stayed in this gorgeous condo for four days for a family wedding in August, 2011. It is beautiful, brand new, well laid-out, clean and convenient to everything in Beaver Creek. The mountain is framed outside the living room window, with a garden in the foreground below. The beds were so comfortable it felt like home. The complex has everything - a business office, a library, a healthclub, two pools, and a children's park is 1,000 yards away with swings, slides, and jungle gym. We walked to the center of town every day, and there is a lot of activity there. There is a restaurant in the complex which we used at breakfast, and all of the employees could not have been nicer. There is a huge bathroom and closet with the master bedroom which made getting ready for a rehearsal dinner and wedding easy, even with a three year old. We loved having our own kitchen and the unit has washer/dryer. It felt spacious for five people, and being on the first floor made traipsing in and out with luggage easy. The owner and his concierge were in constant contact, checking on whether everything was ok. We knew if anything had been wrong, we could get them immediately. All in all, fabulous place to stay, made our visit a pleasure, and we would return there in a minute. A Plus.

  This was a fabulous spot for our family. The condo is attractively decorated and lacks for nothing. It has gorgeous mountain views, great amenities and the staff of The Charters is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Theoretically this may be ski in ski out but the shuttle service seemed like the most convenient way to get back and forth to the main lifts up the mountain. Still there was never a wait for transportation and there were always staffers willing to help move skis and gear.

  On our first visit to Beaver Creek Ski Resort we found this villa at The Charter to be everything we'd hoped and expected it to be. The location/view is excellent, the comfort of the villa exceptional and the decor very well done adding just the right ambiance to the whole ski resort experience! Details are thought of and provided for in this unit and it is very well maintained. We enjoyed the main floor location of this unit and its close proximity to the ski shop and lobby. The Charter as a whole was also a very pleasant place to stay with excellent service and the friendliest staff! Though shuttles run continuously to the village, this unit is also within a 5-7 minute walk to village shopping, restaurants and lifts, making it a great location. While at Beaver Creek we loved experiencing dog sledding with Mountain Mushers, and dinner experiences including 4 Eagle Ranch and Beano Cabin. We have every intention of returning to BC and we will make every effort to reserve this unit when we do! Lori Thomas

  Owner response: Lori, We're so glad your stay was a fabulous one. We also plan to return to Beano's this year for a special on-mountain dining experience. The cat/sleigh ride up the mountain is always a blast. I wonder if we'll see the "pet" porcupines that linger outside... They're very cute.

  We just returned from a great ski vacation at Beaver Creek. We loved this condominium and the Charter. The condominium is beautifully decorated, cozy and clean. The beds are ultra comfortable with wonderful bedding. We enjoyed the place so much we opted to eat in 3 of our 5 nights. The location of this unit in the Charter is the best in the whole place. It is just a short walk to the shuttle, ski shop with rentals, spa, hot tubs and pools, workout facility and fire pit. The staff of the Charter is friendly and extremely helpful and accomodating. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
