Great location for walking

There are trails that start right behind the house. The #2 Train is steps away. The #3 train, university, and restaurants are a short walk away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a loft with an additional bed. The patios are very nice. The owner responded instantly to all communications. Great Apartment!

Tolle große Wohnung

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 km Fußmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt. Wer nicht laufen möchte hat die Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Haben die Nähe der Tram genutzt und den Komfort genossen. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem schnell in der Innenstadt Lokale und Einkaufen fußläufig möglich Sehr empfehlenswert, immerwieder gern

Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, da man diese bei Sonnenschein morgens kaum benutzen kann. Ansonsten 5 Sterne. Man ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in der Augsburger Innenstadt und mit dem Auto sind viele interessante Ziele gut erreichbar.

Nature at it‘s best close to the city

The apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures and very well equipped. 5 of us had a great time and enjoyed the closeness and beauty of the Stadtpark and the tram to the city just around the corner. Baker, Restaurants and other shops are also 6 minutes walk away. The owner was very attentive and everything was very easy and enjoyable. We all would have loved to stay another week. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
