This spacious, one bedroom, one bathroom condo boasts an amazing view of Ko'olawe and Molikini from the lanai. The sunsets will take your breath away! You also have a view of the expansive Haleakala Volcano which just glows as the sun rises. You will find it easy to relax to the birds singing at sunrise and sunset as you smell the Plumeria tree below the lanai.
Your condo is a peaceful retreat that you can call home during your visit to Maui. The condo has all of the luxuries of home, so make yourself at home and enjoy the peace that comes from experiencing Maui as if you lived there.
You will be right across from the best beaches in Maui - the famed KAMAOLE I, II, and III Beaches. Kihei Town has a "local" feel to it and it's on the "sunny side" of Maui! You can enjoy the South Maui beaches just steps away from our condo. We love Kihei and have met great friends here!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You will definitely enjoy the SUNSHINE since Kihei does not get much rain! The beach right across the street (KAM I) is a great white sand beach. We do our morning swim along KAM I and you have a nice grassy area and the sand. You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets from the lanai or at the beach. Many of the local stores are walking distance or a short drive. Kihei is a wonderful place to visit...and you'll feel welcome like family here!

We stayed in this beautiful condo from November 21/10 to February 11/11.We have been staying in various units in this complex since the early 80s and can say this.is one of the best units. In addition to the great view, the unit is just a few steps down to the pool and barbecue area, which you can also see from the unit. . We .really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and all types of cooking items, and furnished with quality furniture , including the great bed.Also the unit was very clean. The owner was very accommodating to us, in booking and during our stay ,and very prompt in responding to any phone calls or e-mails . As with all the other units in this complex,you have to be able to walk up and down stairs - but the view is worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay ( 30 anniversary) . The view was great, very comfortable bed,"just right"' , A/C, nicely equipped kitchen, beautiful pool area. Close to beach and shops ,yet quiet with the morning birds and flower fragrances Ahhh Maui !!! This was the best condo we've had in 3 years, while staying at Kihei.

This was paradise! The view from the lanai is amazing...breathtaking. It is easy to feel at home in this condo. Being across from the beach was perfect...especially since it was quiet being farther from S. Kihei Rd, but still had the wonderful view. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and at dusk! I will be back!
