Property description

This two-level townhome-style condo can be reached in less than two hours from Denver International Airport, and sits near the heart of four major ski resorts within 20 minutes drive, along with the addition of Vail which is just a half hour drive down I-70.
It contains 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which share a large vanity area and bathroom. One bedroom holds a queen bed with TV/DVD and the other bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom holds a king size bed and has a private full bathroom, along with a TV/DVD. On the 1st floor in the main living area, there is a TV/DVD entertainment unit and stereo system. A washer/dryer is also located on the 1st floor, along with a half bathroom. A large walk-in storage closet is located outside the front door and is available for any seasonal recreation equipment. Two separate hot tubs may be accessed from either side of our specific unit, just a short walk away.
If you need a break from skiing or hiking then take advantage of the outlet mall shopping just minutes from the front door, Silverthorne's 65,000 square foot Recreation Center, as well as beautiful downtown Breckenridge or Keystone's various amenities. Do not miss the beautiful summers Colorado has to offer as the large picture windows and patio back up to Straight Creek and an open space area, with a mountain biking and hiking trail head less than 5 minutes down the road. In addition, Dillon Reservoir is minutes from this condo and offers many opportunities to enjoy the water. Finally, a free shuttle service called Summit Stage picks up and drops off just across the street from the complex, along Straight Creek Drive.

Notes:

We rent our unit for $200 nightly during the ski season, but special holiday times of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Presidents rent nightly for $275. The weekly rate of $1200 will be adjusted, accordingly, if it is a special holiday week. We charge $125 nightly during the rest of the year with the exception of Memorial weekend, July 4th and Labor Day which are priced for $150 per night. A two night stay minimum is required; however longer holiday weekends will require a three night minimum reservation. Special pricing can be arranged should a longer term rental period of more than one week be requested.

There is a one-time cleaning fee charged of $150 with the total rent, plus a $200 security deposit is expected via personal check and that will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacancy. The total cost for all nights and the cleaning fee must be provided via cashiers check or money order.
