This two-level townhome-style condo can be reached in less than two hours from Denver International Airport, and sits near the heart of four major ski resorts within 20 minutes drive, along with the addition of Vail which is just a half hour drive down I-70.
It contains 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which share a large vanity area and bathroom. One bedroom holds a queen bed with TV/DVD and the other bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom holds a king size bed and has a private full bathroom, along with a TV/DVD. On the 1st floor in the main living area, there is a TV/DVD entertainment unit and stereo system. A washer/dryer is also located on the 1st floor, along with a half bathroom. A large walk-in storage closet is located outside the front door and is available for any seasonal recreation equipment. Two separate hot tubs may be accessed from either side of our specific unit, just a short walk away.
If you need a break from skiing or hiking then take advantage of the outlet mall shopping just minutes from the front door, Silverthorne's 65,000 square foot Recreation Center, as well as beautiful downtown Breckenridge or Keystone's various amenities. Do not miss the beautiful summers Colorado has to offer as the large picture windows and patio back up to Straight Creek and an open space area, with a mountain biking and hiking trail head less than 5 minutes down the road. In addition, Dillon Reservoir is minutes from this condo and offers many opportunities to enjoy the water. Finally, a free shuttle service called Summit Stage picks up and drops off just across the street from the complex, along Straight Creek Drive.

We stayed @ the Orofino condo with our 2 grown children, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons. The layout was perfect for our family. We appreciated having a 1/2 bath on the main level w/2 full bathrooms upstairs. Our king size mattress was great! Unfortunately, the condo did not have Internet. We would have appreciated having Internet, more chairs for the patio, and another chair or 2 in the living area. Otherwise, the unit was a great location for our active family. We could easily get on the bicycle trails and as well as restaurants & great shopping. We hope to return someday!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Orofino condo #415 was perfect for our family's June getaway. The condo itself is furnished beautifully and the beds were so comfortable ( in every room). Our 3 girls had a blast in the creek right outside the back door, and were able to ride their bikes safely around the complex. They also enjoyed the hot tub. I enjoyed the kitchen, everything we needed was right there and easy to find. I was able to cook breakfast and dinner and serve our whole crew with ease. The condo has great proximity to the highway and the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne. We found the Summit Stage (free bus service) very helpful when we went to enjoy a free concert at the Dillon Amphitheater, the bus stop is maybe a block from the condo. The owners were beyond helpful and easy to work with. Overall we were very pleased and would not have changed a thing, I highly recommend Orofino Condo #415.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Our family holiday stay in Dillon was wonderful. We found the condo to be very clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. Everything you would need. Most evenings were spent cooking dinner on the grill and relaxing while enjoying the sounds of the creek rushing by. Two of the bedroom windows face the creek so you had the wonderful sound of the creek to lull you to sleep at night! Our two young grandsons were there so it was nice to have the back area for them to run off their energy!! The location is excellent. A very short drive to the grocery market, liquour store, Starbucks and all sorts of shopping. There is also a great playground at Lake Dillon which is just a short drive away. Upon arrival, everything was in order just as our information indicated it would be. Our deposit was returned in a timely manner. Any questions we had prior to making our reservation and arrival were answered promptly. All in all, we were all very comfortable there. We definately felt at home during our stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone and if we are lucky enough to be able to have another holiday in Dillon, I would not hestitate to check to see it this unit was available! Oh, and I cannot forget to mention the scenery.......how wonderful it was waking up and looking out the window to see the beautiful mountains each morning!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

I've rented several condos in this area and this one by far met all my expectations. The listing description was accurate, the condo was incredibly clean and well equipped with dishes, cookware, bath and beach towels, some toiletries. It was very tastefully decorated, with great color in all the rooms. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the creek. Lots of restaurants, grocery and liquor stores nearby. Several bike rental places are just a short distance. We actually rented at Dillon Liquors and rode from there around the lake. So close to so many things: Keystone (mini golf, gondola, bungee jumping in the summer), Breckenridge, Frisco (great hiking trail right past the Frisco exit of I70). We will definitely return. Can't believe it was so inexpensive!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family spent the recent holiday celebrating our son's return from Afghanistan at this condo in Dillon. It was all we could have asked for. The family snowboarded at three different ski areas, all within minutes of the condo. There is a lovely City Market grocery and other nearby shopping to meet most needs. The condo itself was very attractive and comfortable. Since our son had not had home cooking in quite a while I cooked meals at the condo and was able to put a Christmas turkey dinner with the trimmings on the table. The Luses' have provided a well equipped kitchen and we spent quite a bit of time sitting around the table in the dining area. The hot tub, located a couple buildings over, was enjoyed by the snowboarders at the end of their day. Everyone remarked on the comfortable beds and the toasty comforters. Our 21/2 year old grandson had plenty of space to play and enjoyed watching the creek that flows behind the condo. The views were relaxing. If you are Catholic, there is a church within walking distance that is very welcoming. This place was very comfortable for seven adults and a child. The property was very clean and well kept. The owners were quick to respond during the entire process. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation in the Dillon area. It is very comfortable, close to shopping and ski areas, and will be a part of many fine memories.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
