Quinta Mar is a newly remodeled, amazingly appointed home is in the ocean front resort community of Las Gaviotas. Gated community and furnished with English speaking, personable guards on duty 24/7. Beautiful private beach for the perfect vacation, private point Break for the avid surfer or boogie boarder. Palm trees, breath taking landscaping, bougainvilleas rustle in the breeze. When the surf is calm you can hear the birds gliding over the blue waters that makes Las Gaviotas a wonderful retreat for all.
Our smoke free home offers views from two Capped decks, relax while checking out the surf on either break from the 2nd or third level capped deck. Enjoy meals on the second level patio deck while looking at the wonderful ocean views and breath taking sunsets. Our home is three stories with garage parking on first level. Second floor has fireplace along with newly remodeled kitchen with Granite throughout and stainless appliances.
Kitchen has all amenities necessary for great home cooked meals. TVs in master suite, living room, and queen bedroom. You will love the luxurious large master suite with ocean view. Las Gaviotas has a pool and Jacuzzi available over looking the beach. Coin operated laundry facilities available at the club house.
Rosarito Beach is nearby with many restaurants to choose from, some of our favorites are Splash, Splash too, Taco Surf, and breakfast buffett at La Fonda. Famous Puerto Nuevo just minutes south, where you can dine on the best lobster of your life.

First of all, we had a great time! We rented the house along with another couple and their two daughters. So the total was 4 adults and 3 pre-teen children. Plenty of room for all of us. I was the only one who had stayed at Las Gaviotas in the past. I had stayed at 2 different properties, but over 10 years ago. It was nicer than what I remembered. We arrived Wednesday morning and left Saturday morning. We enjoyed the large and clean pool the three days we were there. We took our ice chest out there and enjoyed some cold adult beverages. The beach was also nice. It is very clean and private. It is rocky once you go in the water, but a good pair of water shoes will easily solve that problem. We took meat from over here and barbecued two of the nights on the patio. The other night we went out for dinner. Puerto Nuevo is a few minutes down the road. We had to go eat the fried lobster we all had been craving for years, since our last visit south of the border. The whole community is very clean and beautiful. You feel very safe there and everyone is very friendly. The description of house is accurate and owner is very easy to work with. I had lots of questions for him and he was always prompt in returning my e-mails. Had a great experience dealing with him. This is a great rental and definitely worth the price. I, like most people, was hesitant to travel south of the border due to all the negative media, but our experience was positive. That Friday night there was a concert at the Rosarito beach and I was amazed at all the police pressence. They were very organized and made us all feel at ease. Can't wait to go back. Remeber this when your taking a stroll in the property and listening to the waves crash against the bluffs, you will tell yourself or your wife or your significant other, "we should look into buying a house here." It is that nice! Good to know that the Rosarito community is still a viable vacation option.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Kevin,I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your place in Las Gaviotas. It’s beautiful! The four of us enjoyed our three days there very much and reluctantly headed back for the border this morning around 9:30. We left everything as we found it as far as I know, but I wanted to let you know the garage door would not work for us. (I assume it was a dead battery.) We had no problem, however, using the backup system and getting the front door key via the lockbox.Owner response: Glad you had a great time and I'm thrilled that the backup system worked as was designed! Kevin, Your home is beautiful! I would recommend this property to anyone. I thought it was so important to be on ocean front but with the great ocean views, it did not matter; We could see the swell from the balconies. The master room was awesome.
