Owner Occupies the condo 6 - 8 weeks per year. Unit has a homeowners warranty for fix and repairs in the event of emergency.

Great facility, convenient to course, fitness and easy in and out of property. Vary clean, comfortable, love the two decks and decorations for a rental condo. Will rent again
