About the owner: Longtime residents of Alaska. we decided to purchase a home in the San Tan Valley while on vacation. We like to travel when we can, and enjoy the Arizona sun (who doesn't?).

Why the Owner Chose San Tan Valley: We picked this location because it is close enough to the major airports, yet far enough away to still provide a rural feeling we are used to. Circle Cross is the ideal community, centrally located only five minutes from Queen Creek and Johnson Ranch. With local attractions and eateries such as the Olive Mill, Schnepf's Farm, and San Tan Flat only a few minutes away, it provides guests with plenty of choices. Also, the Banner Ironwood Hospital is less than two miles away.
Queen Creek has most everything we want and lots of shopping, but if we want even more variety, a 20-30 minute drive will get us to almost every major attraction or store.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We considered purchasing older homes, but in the end decided that new home was what we really wanted.
Also, we wanted a 4 bdrm / 3 bath home so that our family and friends could visit. There were very few single-level ranch homes in the area, so building this one in Circle Cross seemed the obvious choice!
